To be fair a score of 112 is actually pretty good. Also, I haven't seen the full video, but I assume they were all asked to rank everyone else, including putting someone in the last spot. Edit: just watched the full video, they all put that guy in the last spot. Also, they didn't have a definition of "intelligence" and they as a group decided they wouldn't rank each other's just based on IQ. That snippet of video is definintely a bit unfair to that girl

What does that change? Do you think a mugshot = conviction? Or do you just consider having your pic taken a large enough consequence?

For it to be a bribe, it would need to personally benefit the officer. If she offered cash to the officer, or some "personal" favors, then sure that would be illegal, but she didn't do any of that... She just asked how she could make the situation right. Maybe the officer would have said to apologize to the "victim", bring back the sign to where she took it, etc. People have gotten off with a simple warning for worst crime than what happened there.
