There's only one crazy assumption being made here. It's that they never discussed their past prior to marriage. A woman downplaying, obfuscating, or lying about her past sexual history is standard protocol.

No offense to you but your comment is a good example of why men need red pill ideas. Men get flooded with platitudes and women question why 'nice guys' get uppity. She wasn't going to discuss those things before marriage. One of two things a) she was a coward and too afraid to confront his reaction or 2) she did some mental gymnastics and doesn't count those guys as romantic or sexual experiences. Only until they're married did she finally feel brave enough. She sucks.

Hopefully he gets someone better you mean. I'm willing to bet anything that this is how the scenario went: He knew about the one guy she fucked, and it took him a while to come to terms with being a virgin. She feels comfortable enough to tell him, and he reacts the same way he would've if she had just told him from beginning - with a crash out.

Valid response from the dude. I support it.

Being fat, having too high a body count, and being dumb/directionless. I don't know if these are really icks rather than things that are plain unattractive.

The same’s true for almost every woman I know - the few exceptions are a strangers meet/love at first sight meet-cute. Interesting. Do you mind sharing your age and rough location in the world. I'd say half of the relationships I know of are from dating apps and the other half is meeting through mutuals and not having that strong of a prior friendship before dating.

I don't think any reasonable guy thinks promiscuity is 'good' but it's encouraged for sure. Having options and knowing women want to fuck you is a status symbol. Women encourage this in their own ways too. It's a bigger insult to call a guy a virgin. It's a bigger insult to call a girl a whore. There's no mental gymnastics going on. This is something both men and women implicitly understand about the other sex. You asking men to 'acknowledge' this is like asking us to acknowledge that we're tall…

Guys have a built-in response to find women like that pretty gross and worth avoiding. Yeah it's a double standard but so what. Live with it.

Maybe because men and women are different and consequently held to different standards.

You're missing what me and u/FinancialSkirt362 are trying to point out. You can't say oh this guy I fell hard for only has 13 of the 20 things that I (and the majority of women) really find attractive so it can't be about the superficial things we all seek out in a partner. It goes beyond that.... yeah no kidding. I'm saying that it's impossible for you to feel a 'spark' without them meeting the superficial needs of being attractive. And all of that is influenced by what you're expecting. There'…

You just happen to not feel the spark with very particular groups of guys is all.... I think you can write it down on paper. Women just love to make themselves seem mysterious.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
