2	Date and a kiss. Maybe they're forgetting that OP was on a date with the girl. If I'm on a date with someone, I'm expecting some physical touch because I'm attracted to my date. Unless I make it clear I don't want them to touch me, but that doesn't happen that often and I'm a very touchy person. It's also about body language though, I wouldn't touch my date's hair if he wasn't showing physical interest in me as well.
