If I was married and my partner and I didnt work out for any reason, I dont think either is entitled to more simply because a judge decided one party was more at fault. Marriages are complicated and almost never one persons fault

Right. But do you agree with the lack of practicality in having a legal system assigning blame? How to prove cheating, or abuse?

well. That might be a problem. And if she wanted those needs and the relationship suffered and you ended up cheating on her because you were unhappy, then all the more reason I agree in a no fault divorce system

And they shouldn't. Men cheat. Woman cheat. If a man cheats and doesn't get caught, and a woman cheats and does, then its a bit tricky to assign blame to the woman. The fact is, cheating is not cool, but many other things are also not cool and to try and quantify them is impossible. If I ignore the needs of my wife, and she cheats on me, I am very much at fault to an extent.

Comparing the males plight for using a bathroom today to rosa parks back then is why mensrights is the male equivalent of tumblr. Enjoy this sub guys.

That is exactly what I said in the new thread about unisex bathrooms and got downvoted too. Its just a non issue that detracts from real issues (mostly custody and divorce)

I don't take this personally. I appreciate the feedback. I liken it a lot to race relations. I am brown, and have always had an interest in fighting racism. Although, I choose my battles, and won't get upset when something racial occurs that makes sense and shouldn't bother anyone. Being upset about a unisex bathroom is like being upset Seinfeld doesn't have any main black characters.

I don't think I am defending anything with "vigor". This is a bad example because there is no reason why one water fountain couldn't work for everyone. Whereas we probably do not want teenage girls using bathrooms with older man. Bathrooms are already separate.

I don't think that is a bad idea, so long as both of them locked to prevent someone coming in when someone is using the bathroom. I may be in the wrong place, but I subscribed here for stories and news about divorce and custody injustices, and figured I may learn some other things as well. To me, one of the greatest attributes of being a "man" is not being as offended, and toughing things out. This bathroom issue probably was chosen because it happens to work at this establishment better than wh…

Women take longer in public restrooms, so makes sense if you only have space for two bathrooms, to make one unisex. Many times I have walked by a line of women to an empty men's bathroom. Conversely, I work for the railroad, and we have a guys restroom and a girls restoom. We have 50 guys to 1 girl, so makes sense that occasionally guys (myself included) use the girls restroom when no one else is. And there is no issue.

I like women more than I like equal rights. So if cheaper (or free) rates for women brings in more of them, I am all for that. I am also thinking like a single man, which I am not, but point stands.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
