3	Losing "Moobs" and regaining confidence. Just wanted to chime in and say I have a similar problem - I have breast tissue that I believe I'll need surgery to remove. However I am still overweight but working on that, so eventually I'm sure weight loss will help; I've also been lifting for a few years and my chest has "stretched out" more, which has also helped to make them less noticable. 1	Lifting is step #1 towards reclaiming your masculinity I've been lifting for about 2 years now (at home), ~30 min - 1 hr x3 week, and have definitely seen muscle growth, but a lot of that is still under bodyfat unfortunately. (Like scooby1961 and co. have said, abs are made in the kitchen.) So I'm not really happy with my body right now but I'm working on my weight and am it for the long haul.
