I’m confused, when did I insinuate that men and women hate each other? I was just answering the question you asked me.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 10:57 PM

I think they admit that all the time to themselves their buddies and the world but the moment you bring that up to your wife… Pretty good chance he won’t have a wife after bringing that to her attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 10:53 PM

Minus the not showering part I agree that most men do feel like that to a degree. Some (not most) have been socialized into not being as outgoing and social as women. Don’t know if you blame society or a person’s personality or upbringing 100%, it’s just how some people are wired.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 10:29 PM

If you got all of that from “women don’t have hobbies” then okay
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 10:19 PM

It’s funny because men are always going on about how women are the ones who don’t have hobbies guess it’s a perspective thing

You have as many opportunities as you get but it’s up to you how you navigate it. Whether that means you shoot 0/100 or 1/1.

Love it when there’s sane level headed mature human thoughts on this sub. Reminds me it’s not all doom & gloom and that there’s people still out there with hope lol

Play your cards right and you only need to hit the lottery once

From what I’m understanding from your post is that some would appreciate the looks of men more if men invested more in the things they do such as style, physical appearance and maintenance. Which would speak to the divide because the men who “present lazily” do that from a place of authenticity. “This is the real me, I don’t have to pretend or play dress up. She should like me for me in my natural state” lol just another example of men & women living in completely separate worlds.

I tend to attribute men putting women on the pedestals due to their relationship with their mothers. You’d (ideally) want a partner regarded highly the way you’d regard your own mother. The culture shock happens when men grow up and realize that not only are women NOT your mothers, women do not regard men at all & probably fear them or look at men with disgust.

You are unironically the person you’re describing to hate
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 09:41 PM

Who cares if it’s true or not. Why willingly tolerate something that doesn’t benefit you in any tangible way?

Everything that you and others in this thread are describing sounds so miserable and draining Guys just embrace being single until you have someone you like & the interest is mutual. Saves everyone the headache.

Never understood the whole “I need a man to lead” thing just makes me think you aren’t capable of making decisions on your own
/r/PurplePillDebate10/11/24 11:04 PM

That’s always how I’ve felt about it and reading it put it says cold but it’s really just practical. I’d do it because it’s what’s expected but I wouldn’t “enjoy” it

Women pay attention to men who have other beautiful women around him lol I don’t fully understand it myself but it’s definitely a thing

I read it as using the escort to get the attention of other attractive women which makes sense to me
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/24 01:37 AM

Judgment from the attractive woman but not the escort’s judgment

Good thing we aren’t in the 70s anymore because that’s fucking stupid
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/24 04:41 PM

Yes that’s how attraction works there isn’t much you can do about it. Become more attractive and there you go problem solved.

Gotta go where you’re celebrated instead of tolerated fam. It’s like that for everyone not just men.

That’s the thinking that’ll get you divorced and on child support if the right (wrong) woman gets their hands on you
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/24 02:40 AM

Some don’t even have that “what are we” talk they just assume yall go together after the 2nd or 3rd hang out

I’m not speaking to the ideals though just the reality of some marriages/relationships. Some people would rather put up with what they don’t like because it’s what they know rather than be alone or start over with someone else.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/24 07:40 PM

You’d be surprised…some people keep others around because they’re familiar to them or beneficial not always because they like each other

In my short experience any women that I pursued first and got with ended with a bad relationship where we end on poor non speaking terms Versus the situation where I have to court and rizz her up (how do you do fellow kids) that also ended poorly but it was way more stable, happy and free flowing. Can’t say for sure which is better but I do prefer when the ball’s in the woman’s court and she makes the approving decision.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/24 12:22 AM

I’ve always thought that if women vagina’s were hanging out on the outside like a man’s dick does that we’d be a lot more opposed to dick shaming lol
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/24 12:19 AM

Nicely summarized reasons for men to not get married. It’s ultimately not as big as a benefit to us as it is to women yet “society” has made the #1 goal of women to get married or have kids. The rules have to be changed or be updated because I don’t think that’s going to get it done these days…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/24 11:40 PM

Maybe for you but I’m going to need more then just “existing” if I’m going to be interested & keep her around/commit
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/24 11:39 PM

Same I don’t even like being drunk in public especially around strangers If there were more smoking lounges that played chill or house music instead of bars I think that’d get the “anti bar” person out more
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/24 02:29 AM

You say optional, I say another bill If the person you’re looking for doesn’t add any tangible positive benefit to your life you should not be with them imo
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/24 09:55 PM

Which to me there is nothing wrong with that, everyone should go to where they’re loved Whether it’s to their super hot model wife or if it’s to their passport bro Asian wife, do what will make you happy in life
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/24 06:10 PM

My answer is if you’re an “average” guy and even average women don’t want you then you have to go for the below average women as the new goal Which sucks to hear because nobody wants to labeled as average or below average
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/24 05:39 PM

Yeah…it’s sad to say but my dating/social life was waaaaay more healthier in the pre pandemic era then it is post. I can still get dates & woman’s numbers but an actual relationship or sex? Just haven’t been an option for me

Well damn I feel called out…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/24 02:53 AM

More like a temp job if anything lol A job in this scenario would be an actual long term relationship which im sure is possible but exceeding rare
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/24 02:49 AM

At least once a month I scream to the heavens that the women in this sub (and in general) have the most stuck in their ways jaded views on men that they cannot accept that there are actual genuinely decent human beings out there who happen to have a dick lol Deadbeat dads and asshole misogynists have really fucked up ALL of images without our consent
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/24 02:35 AM
2

Yup my words exactly, which is why I’m hesitant to having kids. I want to have the right partner with a similar mindset & goals. Otherwise we’ll date but won’t have kids unless it’s a “surprise” baby like how many of us came to be lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/24 06:15 PM
2

I didn’t say that. You’re jumping to conclusions instead of reading & accepting what my conditions would be to have a child.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/24 06:14 PM
3

Sounds like a you issue & since these are my terms for having a child then it doesn’t really concern you
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/24 05:55 PM
4

All good guess I just wanted to humble brag about my parents lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/24 02:54 PM
2

That’s lovely and I think that’s the ideal that all parents should strive for We need more people like you and your husband who’re passionate about the lives they’re leading in this crazy world instead of the deadbeats who’re fucking us all up
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/24 12:24 AM

Did you ask him that yourself and do you have children with him?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/24 12:20 AM
2

See I agree with everything you said except that it’s not expected to be the one raising them Parenting was to my knowledge always supposed to be a team effort joint project. Somewhere throughout time it got fucked up and now somehow people expect all the onus to fall solely on the woman. I do not believe that as my father was actively in my life and so are the fathers that I know personally. I say all that to say just because it’s your understanding that the mother is expected to raise the chil…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/24 12:17 AM

I had good parents who took pride in raising me and my siblings but struggled when it came to money/spending time with us in our formative years Granted there were 6 kids and only 2 parents so the time/money problem is expected lol just something I wish they would've considered before pumping us out
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/24 11:50 PM
9

Using deadbeats as the reference point already skews the result towards negativity don’t you think?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/24 11:44 PM
29

As a modern man I am interested in having a kid/family only if the interest is mutual and we can afford it It all sounds like a good idea in theory but as a child of a failed relationship you see how fast and easy for the plan (if there’s even one in the first place) can fall apart
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/24 11:42 PM

It’s rare that women offer genuine sympathy on these type of topics and this is how you react? Your purple pill is looking a bit black to me friend
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/24 12:01 AM

Enough women have shouted this to the heavens that most guys have gotten the memo at least
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/24 02:50 AM

It’d imply that these “I deserve princess treatment by default” have something to offer in return which if it’s not sex then it isn’t much of anything
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 02:17 PM
2

50/50 implies mutual interest to me so I’m glad to see the adults don’t see it as “settling” lol
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 02:34 AM

What would that look like without imposing some form of control on people’s rights?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 12:12 AM

I’d like your actual opinion if you aren’t meme’ing lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/24 11:31 PM

so the male equivalent of a call of duty lobby but way better at hiding their tactics kinda impressive honestly lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/24 11:30 PM

So because women already in relationship aren’t living the lives of OTHER women in relationships it’s the man who is at fault and who hates them? That sounds more like an insecurity, jealousy “grass isn’t always greener on the other side” type of situation. The man doesn’t provide the woman the “lifestyle” other women have and it’s the guys fault on all accounts? Sounds unfair to the guy imo so it’s no wonder he “hates” his gf it sounds like she hates herself…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/24 10:54 PM
4

You’re describing a very shitty man. As loud and vocal as that group is I promise you that is not the case for every man and every relationship “1/3 men hate their gfs” sounds like your information is frankly bullshit. I would genuinely like to see the polls you’ve conducted because as a man I find that hard to believe. What I think is these relationship horror stories where the man is a controlling energy vampire reach everyone’s ears (especially women) and it drowns out ALL of the positive rel…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/24 10:45 PM

So the only “real” answer for men is to simply become more physically attractive, get their money up and learn some social skills. Otherwise “average” guys are going to have average to less than spectacular results most likely. Do you agree or am I off base?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/24 10:41 PM
10

We really have to stop basing “all men” opinions off the takes of loud mouths who misrepresent us I’ve never heard anyone say they’re going 50/50 based off attraction but mainly off of finances or having good chemistry. I swear it’s like people don’t even like each anymore it’s all become about money/status & somehow that became the norm for us regular folk…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/24 10:36 PM

These guys blow smoke up their asses and get off on “being right” I wouldn’t even bother if I were you
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/24 10:33 PM
5

Why is going 50/50 seen as disrespectful
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/24 10:12 PM

If this was how a woman described her dating life you wouldn’t be calling her a tool you’d be saying yasss queen
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/24 12:53 AM

Agreed which is why I think the previous user’s asked that unanswerable, loaded question Child birth would be the only one that somewhat makes sense to me but science & medicine has evolved to where the risk of death during childbirth is lower & not truly equivalent imo
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 04:03 PM

Welp you got me there lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/24 05:41 PM

Well said. We should sticky this comment for whenever someone makes a “how come women don’t want me?” Post
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/24 05:36 PM

I agree until we can successfully swap bodies and live out the lives of the opposite sex they will never be a complete understanding People would rather engage in gender wars or talk about who has it worse then help one another
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/24 05:32 PM
2

On a surface level I think we can understand and empathize with each other but it’ll never be at 100% Men won’t fully know what it’s like to be a woman unless they become one and vice versa, we live in two different worlds just with similar shared experiences
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/24 05:27 PM
11

But if it was a pretty lady I’m sure you’d be hanging onto her every word and would be semi interested in trying to help
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/24 05:16 PM

Being a temp is cool until you actually want a deep relationship with someone and there’s 0 suitors
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/24 01:41 AM

Some people do some people don’t Me personally I don’t want to be bothered when I’m out and about and assume the same about others. If I’m at a social event and someone’s giving me rhythm then I’ll try my luck and go for it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/24 09:29 PM

Your odds of being called a creep or being publicly embarrassed go up exponentially if you’re a man in this situation
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/24 07:50 PM

I don’t think it’s a shallow thing but of a numbers thing. If you look like the generic blank slate “attractive” man versus the unbuilt “nerd” archetype then you’re probably going to get more love from more women lol The average women considers appearances way more then men do I’d like to think

You and your brother are very brave

Just went through this exact experience this weekend. A one time date unghosted me after a year wanting to hang out. I oblige only to cancel before I could leave the house. She was already being so demanding and annoying that I thought it didn’t make any sense to me to waste my own time and money when it was her idea to hangout anyways. She had the nerve to ask was I stupid when I put my foot down and said that this wasn’t a good idea I’m convinced my love life is just one big joke
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/24 04:28 AM

So pull yourself up by your bootstraps, unironically?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/24 07:37 PM

Yeah and how’s that working out for us?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 06:48 PM

Which I would’ve learnt this lesson as a teenager instead of in my mid 20s lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 06:43 PM

This might’ve been true a million years ago but humans aren’t as primal as you’d like to think. Even if we were people still fuck and have children nonstop so I don’t see how that’s the “answer” to this question
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/24 04:11 PM

I always think I want a girlfriend until I get around a bad couple

Shame and decorum has been lost in our modern society

I already said I was speaking from my own experience and I’m open to being wrong. As for the rest of your comment you’re speaking very broadly and accusatory, what misogynistic subreddit am I defending? You’re doing exactly what I’m describing in my comment. Lumping me (a stranger) with a group of people that you already have your mind made up about on how they act or treat others, despite never interacting with me before. My question to you is so what are you actually talking about?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/24 09:52 PM

You are unironically the type of person OP made this post about lol if that’s how you get your laughs more power to you salute
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/24 09:22 PM

Only reason I’d push back on him being a grifter is that he was an image consultant. Having an “angle” on people is apart of the job description. He’s also not like Candace Owens or Bill Maher, I can’t recall a single time he spoke on politics but I could be wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/24 09:08 PM
11

This rant you’re going on is exactly what I’m talking about. I’m happy for your success and all but that’s not relevant to the conversation we’re having? You just wanted to suck yourself off. I’m also not even a red pill man so I have no idea what point you’re trying to make. Just because you’re “successful” doesn’t mean you know better than anyone. You could definitely use some more people skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/24 08:37 PM
16

Are you sure it’s not the inflated ego & the “I know better than you” attitude that’s prompting them to trash you? Cause that’s all I got from reading this response. Not saying that as a personal attack on you, but if that’s how you talk to people then I can see why they aren’t rushing to say nice things.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/24 08:15 PM

Especially when most of us are normal guys who haven’t done anything to deserve it. We don’t really have any social groups to fall back on for support the way other groups do.

Incels and virgins seems to be the go to insults nowadays
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/24 07:48 PM

Both of your points stand but the problem that I find is that sensible men hear the complaints of women, sympathize & vow to “not be like the bad guys” Whereas (from my experience) women are not sympathetic to men whatsoever. Man hate gets posted and nobody bats an eye or says anything, it’s normalized. Even if they’re any “good” guys in the mix, we are all shit and deserve to be treated as such if we let them tell it.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/24 07:46 PM

Quitting doesn’t solve the problem either so I don’t see why that’d be the next logical step

Wouldn’t say they’re a figment of psychosis but like most situations a vocal minoritiy that rubs people the wrong way that it sticks with them

The outlet is to say fuck all the rules and do what works for you People can scrutinize and judge all they please but if you don’t give that any of your energy then it means nothing
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/24 12:31 AM

When you talk like this you cannot be surprised that the opposite sex doesn’t want to be with you Hell as a dude if another guy talked like you do I’d be creeped out, you sound crazy man!
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/24 11:43 PM

Motivates young men into the wrong direction I think. If young men learn that this is the “formula” to “getting women” then I can see a world where it backfires

More power to you I suppose

This being your response says more about you then it does them
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/24 06:26 PM

Too many men take the opposite approach from this take. Instead of identifying and moving away they pander and try to come off as “one of the good ones” thinking it gives them an in with these type of women who’d rather be eaten by a bear then be around men
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/24 06:19 PM

Why would race change any factor whatsoever? Black men get the same amount of scrutiny from these gender debates if not more
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/24 06:14 PM

As snarky and funny as that would be it doesn’t really solve or help anything
