Most pedophiles are sentenced are sentenced to less than 5 years and the majority of those are released after 2 years. This is most definitely not a pussypass. If anything this shows the criminal justice system can work.

While I agree with 100%, I can assure you that 6 years is certainly a lot harsher than the 10 days in jail, pay a $1000 fine, and loser her license for a year like she was expecting. She definitely used her PP in this one.

Spitting in someone is considered felonious assault in many municipalities. Regardless of how you want to pick it apart, she is 100% in the wrong. Any court would agree. If she didn’t want to get yanked she shouldn’t have assaulted him. If that’s too difficult for you to understand, maybe you shouldn’t be on the internet.
Although it’s shocking, it’s not much of a PP. I grew up with someone who sexually assaulted a number of minors for years and only served 4 years. Got out, did it again, and was only sentenced to another 4 years. He only served 28 months of the second term. He’s currently free, failed to register, and is no doubt harming more kids.
WA likes to send pedophiles away for about 18 months and then release them back into society..... I went to HS with a guy that is a multiple offender and has not once spent more than two years incarcerated.
