Idk. I would just rather improve myself by learning a new skill for my own enjoyment rather than doing it with an endpoint in mind. These exPUA dudes still are conning you by pitching that you’re socially inept. They’re negging you into falling for their schtick. What they’re pitching may not even be bad advice, its just the avenue by which you arrive at even wanting to watch their videos in the first place thats broken

No but I don’t think you need to look towards an ex-pickup artist for self confidence. Just as I dont think you should look to someone like jordan peterson for that either. Maybe a therapist and a gym trainer

But the only reason you’re gaining confidence, sociability, etc is for your own benefit in getting closer to “getting the goods”. Because you think you can get something out of it. Of getting with a woman. And treating them like a tool for your self improvement. I feel like you’re missing out on the biggest key point there.
