I specifically searched for domestic violence male victims and came across a number of resources. I am not saying that male victims should be treated with any less care, but DV is an issue that disproportionately affects women. So just a search of DV will definitely give more results aimed at women. While my "most people" comment might seem simplistic, any feminist would agree that the abuser should not be celebrated as "empowered" as the post states.
