3	Dad Sues Mom for 'Tricking' Him into Believing 3 Sons Were His for 21 Years UK laws aren’t even that simple - we have 3 legal systems! England and Wales have one, Scotland has their own as does Northern Ireland. You can be legally fine to drive in England after a beer, drive into Scotland and be prosecuted because the limit is just under half the English limit. I do stalk /r/LegalAdviceUK fairly often though, and pre-nups are basically not a thing here.
