It just shows how man enable female hypergamy by dating so far down the ladder just so he can stick his cock in something wet and warm. Female entitlement is a problem but guys need to have a bit of self respect and stop enabling this behaviour

You can be a MRM without ever talking about feminism. You need to speak out against gender discrimination and bias, you do not need to talk about feminism to do this

he should go to his supervisor first. once you contact HR they have to follow protocol and there is a lot of legal issues and paperwork. If you escalate it to HR too soon it is seen as trouble making so you need to show you have a case and show that it necessary for HR to solve it because normal methods of interactions arent working
