3	Ever since I came out as an MRA I've been getting trouble at work. he should go to his supervisor first. once you contact HR they have to follow protocol and there is a lot of legal issues and paperwork. If you escalate it to HR too soon it is seen as trouble making so you need to show you have a case and show that it necessary for HR to solve it because normal methods of interactions arent working	/r/MensRights	14/06/12 02:46 PM
