Stay out of her head. Shit happens. Learn from it and move on.

No kids? If so, have some self respect and eject. Atleast divorce prep asap. And lose the fat man.. you have no idea how much that by itself will change your mindset. The way a 25% fat fuck thinks is very different from the way a 15% in shape dude thinks. At a minimum, you will realize you deserve better than a cheating hoe. And you would not put up with this shit. Ask yourself - what is it that this particular woman brings to the table for me?

First thing - try to edit this and break it up into paragraphs. Then atleast ppl will feel motivated enough to read it and offer helpful advice. Right now it looks like literal puke. Second. Yes I somehow read through. You dodged a bullet here. Yes it is tough but you have to let her go. Focus on you. It will get better in time. Read, Lift (you are 20 bf - get that to 15) and STFU. When things are fresh, it feels like the world is ending.. but I promise that it is not. So relax... focus on you.

Very true - on the excuse part. I remember reading a while back one of your comments that porn ceased being an issue for you when you starting having the sex you want. I am not there yet. Although that is absolutely not an excuse because it just fucks up my drive and affects my progress.

I am autistic so thanks for spelling that out for me. You shouldn't give your valuable time, attention, energy, and money to someone who doesn't reciprocate. The lack of reciprocation is not all the time. Message is clear.. move on to something else if no reciprocation. Thanks.

Thanks. I will check it out. I guess I was looking more for experiences from other guys on how they did it. It seems to be easy for others while for me.. I have struggled with a lot of addictions and this one has been the toughest. I suppose there is no easy way - just a lot of grinding and hard work as with anything in life.

I have read it. Stayed away for a long time too. But as I wrote above, I fail and go back to porn after some time. I am working on getting out of this seemingly endless cycle and struggling with that. Hence the post. You may be right on the 2nd part.

Are you Indian? You sound Indian. Frame is everything here. You do not have it. It is not easy to explain frame to someone who does not have it. But you will know when you have it. The steps to get there is the same as the advice given to everyone else. Or in other words - you are not special. LIFT, READ, STFU and work through the sidebar. This shit takes time. Your wife does not respect you.. at all.. the respect will come but you have to put in the fucking work. Do not look for shortcuts.

OYS 1 39 yrs old. Married 13 yrs. 2 kids (13 and 7), 205 lbs, 24.6 % BF. Lifts : 200X6 SQ, 170X6 Bench, 110X5 OHP, 335X6 Deadlift. Read : No more Mr Nice guy, WISNIFG, WOTSM, MMSLP, Rational Male, SGM.. Working through WISNIFG again. I ask myself what do I want? And I really do not know the answer to that. I think it is a lifetime of conditioning around what I should want. Job, marriage, kids.. then what? I can only hope that as I get further along this journey, I will get more insight into wh…

I am doing 5/3/1 BBB. I am far from an expert but you switch programs when you begin stalling - it will help break plateaus. Run BBB for a few cycles and then change it up again. Use this site and play around with different templates. There are many options there. https://blackironbeast.com/5/3/1/calculator
/r/MarriedRedPill18/11/20 03:01 PM

Well that makes more sense on the body fat. I was thinking something was off. As for plateau - what program are you on? You may have to move on to something like 5/3/1 - meaning intermediate. After some time, you cannot progress in the same way on an LP. Something like 5/3/1 will help you break through. Try it.

I find it very accurate. I suspect you may be skinny fat - so it will even out as you progress with the lifts. OR it could be that your lifting capacity can be higher than this and you need to push yourself harder. But I am just guessing here.

And you believe what a woman says. OK. Those stats have you at 35% body fat. Barf. Check for yourself here: http://www.strongur.io/body_fat_calculator/ I find the numbers very accurate when comparing with other methods.

As a guy who has been in the stock market for 17 years now, be careful with the quick gains and leverage. Meaning options/futures. Easy come, easy go. Meaning if you make it quickly, it will also go away quickly. Aim for consistency. Have a clear cut method and rules. Above all discipline and drop the ego. It is funny how many parallels there are to trading and MRP. Fuck. I will say that my trading/job has improved 3X times since finding this place. Lastly, what is the biggest thing in trading? …

One of the things I internalized after coming here is that I can only control myself - why worry about things I cannot control. I suppose this attitude needs to be built further into the sex and relationship section as well. Is this what you meant by your comment about not being a fan of that section? Work in progress to stay out of her frame there.

OYS#5 3 months since last OYS. No excuses for not posting. Have been journalling but fell into a slump. Just being a lazy faggot for the most part. u/Vegasman20002 Found your lifts from OYS. You are at 17.8% as per the link. Not bad for 7 months. Keep going. I also think you need to plan for a bulk soon. While BF is getting there, 152 lbs is low. You will be invisible if you continue cutting to below 15%.
/r/askMRP04/03/20 03:05 PM

That does not seem accurate.. lot of progress for 7 months. It may be accurate. But use this link, put in your lifts and tell us what you get. I think this is very accurate. It uses your lifts and weight to get the value. What are your lifts? http://www.strongur.io/body_fat_calculator/

Check your bench and DL numbers. Pretty sure you have them mixed up. Which is what u/Balls_Wellington_ is asking below. Bench 305 is advanced level. And you have DL as 190. Makes no sense.

Ok. Did not think you read it. My take is that a mission should be more specific. Should not depend on anyone else - as in you should have full control of it. And it is good for it to be measurable in some way. But again. Mission can be something that evolves over time so don't stress about it. You will get it as time goes by. I am still fine tuning mine. Which is why I do not post it here.

No disagreement there. The instance above was about the comfort test. Not a complaint from my side about her weight or shape. I am hardly in a position to talk about that right now.

Not sure how important this boundary is to you. But turning down your wife when she initiates is never a good thing IMO. You are training her to never initiate - women take rejections much worse compared to men. But you do you.

Thanks for the reply/suggestion. Yes NMMNG also touches on why it happens and the shame behind it. I like the idea of finding another way to treat yourself.

Welcome. With the info and pics in your OYS, it is pretty easy to get doxxed - meaning someone from your real life to identify you. If you do not care, fine. If you do, change it up. Second, your mission needs to be more specific IMO. Too much of fluff here to be of any use. Read the The Unchained Man - it will be very helpful to you.

34yo, 5'6", 195lbs, (leaving body fat off until I get it checked at a physician. After research, apparently handheld devices are not accurate. At this point anywhere between 16% - 22%) This is pretty much what I was trying to tell you last OYS and what you were refusing to accept. Ego is a bitch. Keep telling yourself that. Honesty is important in OYS. I mean I get it - I lied to myself also for a while before figuring out how wrong and detrimental to my progress that was. You are more like 25% body fat. Yes our stats are similar - if my BF is 26%, yours is also around there. Not 16%. For 16% you need to be into the 1000lb lift club and less than 180 lbs body weight. Not even close right now. But you do you. Keep lying to yourself if it makes you feel better. Good luck. EDIT: I mean, che…

At that height, weight and lifts, there is no way you are 16% body fat. Looks like closer to 25% to me. Use this link - put in your numbers. It is as accurate as anything I have seen. Thanks! I read some of your comments on OMAD and 48hr fasts. Very insightful. I am also a snakediet fan - I did do a few 48s but found that my lifts began to suffer - so decided to not go beyond OMAD. I am not sure if it was something I could have pushed through though. For now going to stick with OMAD/and the current plan I have. 48s may come in handy later.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes I am squatting every workout. I used to hate it in the beginning but love it now. I had to deload several times over the last few months to get form dialed in. Compared to the other lifts, this one was not at all intuitive to me. Working on it.

Going to up the cardio from today. On non lifting days, I do OMAD - one meal a day - so the deficit is around 1000 on those days. I need to figure out where all I can cut without impacting lifts. Thanks for the feedback.
