Going to the gym 3 days a week isn't shit bro. Since you obviously aren't just lifting to lift and want results you're gonna have to bump it up to 5 days a week as well as find your caloric surplus. Also be sure to hit every muscle at least twice a week.

The more successful you become there's going to be more people that like you and dislike you. When you are on the path to greatness more people ARE going to dislike you, it's just reality. A lot of people think you can be successful and have 0 haters but that's just blue-pilled as fuck. I get challenged like this as well by at least 1 dude everywhere I go, I just hold eye contact for at least 2 seconds then slowly look away, if I can sense that the person is weak I'll look back at them until they look away and they usually look away but the thing is I know I'm capable of whooping somebody's ass so I wouldn't try that last one if I were you in most situations.
