So much for equality. But yeah, I never get how someone's day is ruined because someone whistled or catcalled, guess you have to be a woman to understand such an emotional attack. 4	I quit my job teaching yesterday. Without leadership or integrity, mediocrity rises to the top. Principals, in Canada at least, aren’t paying lip service to... whatever group you want to blame. They’re bottom level administrators who answer to school board who try corporate metrics to determine the worth of a school. Passing rates and satisfaction rates are more important in these than actual education, which is why they kiss so much ass - it makes the school seem better, which makes them look like a successful administrator, which catapults their career.
