Why is getting paid less ok in your opinion?

Who gives a shit? All this says is you're jealous of fat women and you hate them. They don't care.

I disagree. I think women exploit lust for security, but we do love. And I think it does no good being resentful of women who are successful, or men who are successful - I think we ought to live and let live, and take care of ourselves, and avoid causing harm to others.

Fear is also solved through exposure therapy, being raised around that stimulus, and understanding it. Fear is not always useful. But we're not even talking about fear, we're talking about someone that loves a child and nothing has changed except the knowledge that his DNA did not create her. The love is still real. It's not going away because of that knowledge. You can absolutely love someone knowing they don't share your genetics. It is totally fine to have a preference, but to deny that we're…

No here's the thing, my argument has never been that it matters if x is worse than y, my argument is that comparing the two is pointless, a lot of things suck in life, and to put down someone else's misery isn't productive or kind. You are literally just stating your opinion, there is no objective worse thing. That's like having an opinion on whether you'd rather be killed by a lion or a shark. If genetic legacy is important to you I respect that but it's not important to everybody. It is not a …

Yeah I would say get a feel for what kind of person she is - what are her future goals, what kind of things does she talk about wanting? Does she specify what kind of house or vehicle she wants, does she like thrift stores? Does she have a big ego? Concerned about status, appearances, etc? What kind of vacations she expects? Where I'm from, a poor city in southern US, people are just trying to get by. Personally would feel awesome if I made more than my BF, I would love to contribute more than I…

Income absolutely influences beauty though, just wanted to mention that. A woman that has expendable income can make themselves more attractive where genetics fall short.

I disagree with that, it's not an objective argument at all, it's entirely subjective what constitutes as more painful. In fact if we're using objectives, let's be honest, no damage is being done to the cuckold unless he is paying child support for a child he didn't want. The issue of raising and loving a child that doesn't share your DNA is completely psychological. People do this all the time with adoption, sperm donation, and surrogacy - because the joy is in raising a child, which seems like…

How a person feels about any particular betrayal is totally unique to them, you have no idea how being left for a mistress and her baby feels to a woman. I'm not saying 2 things will be truly equal in shittiness but different people feel different intensities in emotion over different issues. I don't claim to understand the pain in raising someone else's child, but I'm also not downplaying it.

Everyone can agree on cheating being hurtful. What I disagreed with was his statement that it's worse when women cheat.

Female Pill - idk, I guess just optimistic, I feel that everyone can find somebody, may be harder for others but stay true to yourself and don't fall into the hateful manosphere/womansphere Learned from my mother's mistakes, was disgusted by her revolving door of assholes and weirdos. I really feel like if she'd just chosen wisely she could've been much happier. Instead, she matches the red pill's "fuck Chads when young, cry when they won't commit later" archetype. I just saw it as dumb. When yo…

This is a lovely viewpoint. Thank you. It's wise. When you accept that "this may not be the best, but I choose it anyway", you are committing with your eyes wide open. Isn't it more risky if shiny prizes are the motivation behind the relationship, because when they find another shiny prize, they will be motivated to pursue that and abandon what good they already found.

Infidelity does not guarantee reproduction. This is a case-by-case argument. For every cuckold there is a woman being left for a mistress and their baby. Either sex can be hurt to any degree depending on the circumstance. "Men are pursuers" is not always true. Both women and men pursue one another. Weak argument for your title statement because all you've really said here is that sex for men is an achievement, and that another man "achieving" your woman feels personal. Male infidelity also feels…

I don't get it either I think men are making up these complaints about how "women won't want me if I'm not a Chad" you want virgin? that, I don't care. don't even care about your double standards. but y'all have some of the most self defeating brains, thinking you're doomed when you're not. someone said "but women are only attracted to men with high n-count". If you want to raise your n-count that's fine but stop speaking for women.

I thought my bf was below average in looks when we met but he was funny and down to earth and we had a lot in common. It's not even a question dude. My bf was overweight when we met and he's gained even more weight, farts and burps more, gives himself bad haircuts and wears basic ass clothes. I don't care, because I love him and that shit doesn't matter at all. He's the best. I see good looking guys all the time, but I also don't care. Only thing on my mind is going home to my bf. I know I'm not the only female in the entire world that would take a 3/10 looks, 3/10 wealth, 8/10 personality, 8/10 good guy over the reverse. My best interest is finding a best friend that has similar ideals and opinions.

You're using the term "provide" too generally. You could also provide yourself with toxic things. When pill debate people talk about "providing" they mean productive things. Having sex ain't productive. It's hedonistic pleasure no one cares about you having, it interests no one, just as eating a cheeseburger interests no one unless you're offering them a cheeseburger. You're not providing anyone anything.

Dude, play your game and shut up, stop trying to attract the wrong types of women. I love playing co op games with my boyfriend, there's nothing wrong with this hobby. Productivity for me is getting the house clean, going to work, helping my family and spending my free time doing things I ENJOY, not doing mindnumbing tasks that kill me inside. A guy that has a lot going on in his life sounds like he's too busy to hang out, so why would I ask? Also LOL are you doing your hobby because you enjoy i…

If you're smart you won't try to compete with other men, you'll look for a woman that likes you for you. That won't leave you for someone with a six pack and fuller head of hair. You're never going to be the most attractive. If you want love don't be with someone that wants lust.

I don't even think what's attractive is necessarily ideal genetics. Ugly ass people are born all the time and mate all the time and live a long life. Attractive af people get medical problems. Two supposedly healthy people have kids born with defects. My tastes have evolved over the years, from 12 years old to 24 years old, I've been attracted to all sorts of men. Some people just seem like decent likeable people. I'm smitten over their personality, not their phenotype, not their body or country…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/21 11:04 PM

Kind of meaningless when neither of us want to have kids. Might explain why we're attracted to each other but we certainly don't value each other based on reproductive potential.

Don't date everyone, bad advice. Just date good people, it ain't that hard figuring out who's good and who's bad. Get to know them and use evidence to determine whether they're trustworthy.

It's kind of inconsistent with my views on sex. I feel like looking at someone else's genitals in a pervy way or getting off to someone else's genitals isn't monogamous behavior. But we all do it, it's normal, so if I were to ban him from watching porn (lol) that's a very demanding order to bark, since most guys grew up with it and don't view it as cheating, and even I look at it sometimes (usually to compare myself to other women, kinda toxic way). So am I comfortable with it? Eh, it feels wron…

I'll take a wild guess the women that think reliable men can not be fun aren't the type of women you'd wanna be with anyway, so this whole debate around women making bad choices isn't productive, just don't bother with those women

Sorry, let me clarify, husband material absolutely means I'm attracted to you - that, along with many other traits I need to be happy with you
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/21 04:42 PM

Being fun isn't difficult, it can simply be taking her on dates, playing games together, singing to music together in the car, tickling her, teasing her, being affectionate or funny. What is your idea of fun that's incompatible with reliability? Because those things I listed don't coincide with a man keeping a stable job, staying off drugs and alcohol, staying out of fights, being loyal, and being dependable.

I'm quite happy my BF's body count is 1 like mine, we got to experience all our firsts together, no diseases, no children, no jealousy, our bodies don't know anything else but each other's. Also know he's not driven by sexual impulses, less likely to cheat. Don't get the appeal of high body count. I've always viewed physical touch as intimate. Why would I let my most personal parts touch someone else's most personal parts, if we're not in a relationship?

No, sex is mental. I have to be horny for penetration to feel good. But it's not hard for my boyfriend to get me horny, but definitely have to feel safe and comfortable. Anyway no I don't look at a dude and think "sex", but if I've been wanting it with my boyfriend for a while I do. Never with anyone else. I couldn't get aroused at the sight of a stranger, that's just not how my brain works. Men can be as attractive as possible and sex is not on my mind. Not interested. If we're not in a relatio…

I would feel disappointed too if my man couldn't finish. Half of my satisfaction comes from his pleasure. Never really have that problem though. For me there has to be some form of clit stimulation to make me finish. Some days I want him to give me oral, or I'll touch myself during penetration. I really enjoy a vibrator with penetration, it's easy for both of us. I'll decide in the moment what would get me off best, if it's oral, i make sure he feels energetic enough that day. I'm usually happy …

It's usually -woman is monogamous -in a relationship -with a low libido partner and she appreciates what she can get, making the best out of the painful/unsatisfying sex because last time she brought it up he got annoyed so she's just trying to keep the peace

You're underestimating how much women care about staying desirable to their partners. I can tell you from experience and knowing many other women's experiences that we don't "give up" on ourselves in a relationship, we just prioritize other things like our children, our job, or satisfying your needs. When we go through periods of looking rough it's not because we think we've trapped you *rolls eyes everyone knows there's divorce it's because we trust that you accept us when we're tired, stressed…

Eh, when my friend and I were 11-13, with our online chatroom boyfriends - dumb stuff Before my boyfriend, there was a man at my company I was interested in but he was married I guess (ring on finger) so I moved on The only competition I feel is just wanting to be more attractive than other women to my boyfriend because I'm insecure, but I consciously tell myself to stop it and be level-headed

The cruelty of doing "dread game" to a loving GF just to try and get more sex from her I don't do shit like that, I act with dignity when not in the presence of my BF, I don't say/act in any way he wouldn't be comfortable with if he was around And if I'm not satisfied with the amt of sex I'm having it feels bad but I don't pressure him for it or subliminally threaten to leave him for someone else. This is how it happened. He saw me, working at a job he used to work at, where he had friends still working there. He texted his friend just saying "she's cute" and that coworker asked me if I wanted to meet him. Showed me his picture, I recognized him as a customer from last week that was really knowledgeable about tools and personable with an old black lady that loved him. Sure but it's not common and I don't like people throwing those terms around. Someone that watches porn isn't pornsick, they have to have a real problem not just using it as a tool and being done with it. Why is it inherently bad to watch porn? Then women missing an ex isn't alpha widowed, partly because that term isn't well defined, and partly because depends on context, why is it inherently bad to miss that ex? Or they take their fears being confirmed as truth over someone else's vanilla opinion. That really boils me. I don't actually.see men getting angry at the people that confirm their fears, quite the opposite. I almost ended my relationship not for other men but to work on my mental health and let him have a break from my emotional episodes. During that time I didn't have any interest in other men. The whole point was I didn't think I was healthy enough for a relationship, why start a new one? Yeah I don't think men with multiple partners are admirable. What's admirable to me isn't sexual success. I'm a loyal monogamous woman that respects loyal monogamous men. I do think it's an interesting spectacle. Polyamory is weird to me. If I ever agreed to it, I know I'd have to be emotionally damaged. I won't assume others are like that. But I know it's not for me and I don't understand the appeal of it.

I don't get naked with anyone I don't trust and love period. I was raised to not let anyone touch my "private parts" besides doctors, and why the hell would I, when that's such a vulnerable part of my body. When you have sex with someone, you're biologically saying you choose to allow reproduction with them. That's my controversial opinion. I honestly don't make guy friends unless they're in my family because that would make my boyfriend uncomfortable. And frankly I don't blame him because I can't seem to meet many guys my age that don't act flirty/try to make me laugh like guys do when they like someone. However I wouldn't mind having male friends if we lacked sexual attraction and my boyfriend felt safe with it.

Sure, but obviously men give those women more attention, which perpetuates our self consciousness. A woman feels if she's not hot to her man he may well cheat on her or treat her worse. So she takes it into her own hands to make herself attractive to get that security.

To give hope, my BF met me when he was 30 and I was his first, and he gets a lot of enthusiastic sex now. But as with everything, you can choose to look on the bright side. That's how I cope with a lot of things. Focus on what you do have that's good, or focus on what you don't have that's bad.

Personal story: I vetted my first bf for less than 2 weeks before we had sex and we're still together going on 3 years. I totally agree. We can't decide what environment we are raised in but we can choose how we behave going forward. I certainly have learned from my parents' mistakes, it's influenced me to be more careful than they were so I don't become like them, or end up in their situations. I think kids with difficult childhoods have to grow up fast and learn responsibility earlier, learn to appreciate basic necessities and really cherish positive social interactions.

It was a process for me to stop resenting my BF over this very subject.
