If they are abusing their power, then our system dictates that a process should begin to report and deal with that individual. You might think that it's broken, that's ok and might be true. Because LEO was giving a pass on the public intoxication and she continued being extremely rude... It surprised the officer to get that reaction from the girl for essentially being let off with a warning. The girl became a complete bitch because the LEO didn't answer her questions quick enough and the cop changed her mind about giving her a pass. She was asking for clarification on her name and suddenly it's harassment because she's Mexican. The girl escalated the situation into her own arrest imo. Based on what I saw, the cop was originally trying to be cool before Ms. Bossy kept yelling at her for more info. But that part of the footage seems to be cut out (if it existed).
