Pay was relevant because nursing is a low level paid job here in Ireland and the majority are women. The fact that you feel terms like "underrepresented" or "gender discrimination" are imaginary or invented is ridiculous. 0	He ain't wrong As a female nurse, men are more ambitious in our sector and usually go into management or higher paid areas of nursing much faster.
