This is devolving into an SRS style argument, except without the 'benning'. If you can have a discussion without calling me pathetic or stupid, or saying shit like 'bragging about beating his wife', which doesn't come anywhere near reality, then feel free to respond. I don't think I've insulted you in any of my comments, so I'm not going to waste my time being civil and rational when you can't afford me the same courtesy. Oh and regarding this, So what does he merit being called after beating hi…

You're starting to come across as an SRS'r, so I'm going to state my case as clearly and simply as I possibly can. this guy who PUNCHED HIS WIFE IN THE FACE, BLOODIED HER LIPS, and BROKE HER TOOTH was a spouse abuser See, what you're doing here is completely removing context from what happened, as well as over emphasising what he did by splitting it up into those three things, which really makes it seem as though this guy beat the shit out of his wife. The fact is that he didn't. He got really a…

I'm certainly no defender of violence. I'm not saying what the guy did wasn't wrong. The only time violence is justified is in self defence, as a response to uncalled for violence directed at you or someone you love. But I don't see this guy as a piece of shit abuser of women just because he punched his cunt wife in the face for cuckolding him and then waving said cuckoldry in his face. That's shitty behaviour, and I tend to feel less sorry for shitty people even if she didn't warrant a punch to…

Nobody is defending the guy hitting his wife. He's likely to face jail time for it, and he shouldn't have done that. It was a one time thing that he claims to really regret, and the fact that his wife appears to be a huge cunt who made fun of him after being found out makes it harder to feel sorry for her. He hit her once, in a fit of rage that in itself would have been justified had it not resulted in some violence. I don't think that's the same as domestic abuse. This isn't an abuse situation.…

Nobody's fucking rationalising it! Who the fuck are you talking about? Everyone knows he fucked his whole case up by punching her in the face. Everyone knows it was a stupid fucking thing to do. Just because some people are saying she deserved it doesn't mean the whole subreddit is condoning punching women in the face.

Give the guy a break, clearly that wasn't something anyone should do, but he claims he blacked out out of anger as she was taunting him about cheating on him, not to mention the fact that he is extremely remorseful about it.

I would not call it misandry. It's by a male cartoonist. I think it's more insulting to women.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
