Most muslim countries treat men and boys just as badly — often even worse — than women and girls. Here is a very good video about afghanistan. For every lion with a pride of five wives, there are four other male lions dying somewhere in the desert all alone. | /r/MensRights | 14/12/25 07:47 AM

Explain, in layman's terms, how false allegations aren't rare.Only 2-10% of accusations are proven completely true, as well. The rest are a grey area of "he said/she said", which means it can go anywhere from 90/10 in either direction to 50/50 (which is most likely the case if we project the ratio from known data). | /r/MensRights | 15/11/25 09:05 AM
This Is The Society We Live In 😂To be fair, these models are basically a glorified auto-correct. Everything it says, it just copies from somewhere else. So yes, it's the problem of the general society and its various publications that the script learned from. | /r/MensRights | 30/09/25 05:58 AM
I need to hear from some men here.Women are not particularly better. They are simply conditioned to be afraid of repercussions of their actions, so they keep it quiet. But they often engage in violence if they lose control (for example, alcohol), know that the other party won't harm them in any way (like kids), OR if they can use someone else as a proxy (be it "my boyfriend will beat you up!", law enforcement, or the court of public opinion). Men just do more things in general, both constructive and destructive. Women in general… | /r/MensRights | 10/09/25 05:40 AM

"Science" doesn't prove that men are worse than womenI'd argue that men are more pro-active in general, which means doing more good things and more bad things. Women more often avoid risks and responsibility, and try to manipulate someone else into taking the heat for them. | /r/MensRights | 18/04/25 09:34 AM

I [ 26M] don't want to be the nice guy no moreLet me guess - single mother? No solid father figure to learn the cues from? Same boat, same river. Unfortunately, what women want, and what women say they want, does not usually correlate. If you stop to think about it, it makes all the sense in the world for hetero women to not be attracted to "feminine" qualities. But they will never admit that out loud, and will keep verbally conditioning you into these - consciously or not. For them, it's convenient. | /r/MenSupportMen | 10/10/24 11:26 AM
A half-way adult guy complaining about his unfortunate personal lifeThat's a fair assessment to state, thank you for being blunt. Well, we established pretty clear mutual boundaries since day two, and I was pretty clear about being okay with moving at her comfortable pace (this works perfectly with women my own age, who got over their "bad boys" phase). But yeah, in this particular case, offering ot have a respectful exclusive relationship was probably seen as "too much, too soon", and if I offered just to f*ck around a little, it would probably work better, but… | /r/MenSupportMen | 25/06/23 09:52 AM
A half-way adult guy complaining about his unfortunate personal lifeAll my life, basically. We both know it is related. :( | /r/MenSupportMen | 24/06/23 01:39 PM
What am I supposed to do about wanting sex?Can relate on most issues. I think one of the reasons about being alone like ourselves comes from not having an extensive social network - friends of our relatives, relatives of our friends, etc. - to work with. If you don't have a large extended family, and you didn't form a huge base of connections during your "drunk college" years, then you're likely to get stuck, and the older you become, the worse it gets. It's not that women leave us because we are bad material; it's that we don't have the… | /r/MenSupportMen | 07/03/23 02:42 PM
I need someone to tell me it's not my fault, TWDid she start avoiding you afterwards, or still maintains an awkward contact? If the person in question doesn't consider this an assault on your part, then you shouln't, too. Then again, the past traumas can affect some people so that they struggle to have sex normal, safe, sane, and sober way. They often initiate the drinking to "loosen up", relax, and overcome their own issues, but afterwards feel themseles guilty anyway, restarting the cycle - this may obviously refer to either or both of you… | /r/MenSupportMen | 19/11/22 09:52 AM
Weekend check-inNot even sure I should writing something here, since my problems seem to be absolutely miniscule compared to you grown-up guys, but here it goes. The year 2022 has been probably the worst so far in my thirty five. Since this February, I have lost for different, yet correlated reasons: my job that I legitimately liked; my close-knit circle of friends; the hobby club that I regularly communed in. I had a couple of failed relationship attempts, and while I don't regret those a bit, they made me ser… | /r/MenSupportMen | 19/11/22 09:27 AM
