"Tits or GTFO" is a shit-test we guys play on you women. Because 90% of women get offended and fly off the hook, while the 10% that truly want to "hang out with the boys" run with the joke and learn to develop the same rough sense of humor. He could always move somewhere overseas and find a more-than-willing younger lady to marry him with his money and fame. Heck, my grandfather got himself a much younger wife down in Mexico when he was in his late 60's and she stayed with him till he died.

If it's a matter of benefitting society because females can choose only the "best" males, it's a lost cause, because women will still blue-pill their sons out of a chance of competition in the next generation. Also, what about females with "poor" genes, the proverbial 3's and 4's who think they are 9's and 10's? The betas get removed from the pool, but the "beta" females still get to reproduce.
