Hang in there brother. Clouds will clear. They always do.

Divorced since July 2025, only horror stories here, sadly. I've stopped looking for companionship now and made peace with solitude.

Mostly her dragging her heels, prolonging the process (because she knows it affects me psychologically and she's the vindictive type) and the court dates. We settled the child arrangements in around 16 months (in 2022) and have attempted the financial settlement twice since, but failed. On the third attempt now and I'm not trusting her and letting the court process run its course. First hearing in July. I don't see myself wrapping this up in 2025.

Nope, never again. After getting absolutely destroyed with my divorce (4 years on and still ongoing), I've completely sworn off women. I'm going to get a dog and live out the rest of my life in peace.

Never again, thanks.

Appreciate the encouragement, but after what I've been through (still fighting divorce 3.5yrs and counting), I cannot trust women again. The only woman I trust in my life now is my mother.

Yes, everything but rape. She got me arrested in front of my disabled son so she could claim DV to get on the council property priority list. Loads of other made up accusations + the way she's dragged the last 3.5 years out of sheer vindictiveness. I trust no woman other than my own mother.

After the traumatic experience I've had with my divorce (3.5 years and still ongoing), I've been completely put off sex (because of what women do/did to me). I cannot bring myself to trust a woman again so have had zero action since 2021 and I'm not even seeking it anymore. I'm better off alone.

I found her on dating/swiping apps while she was still with me. One of the reasons that prompted the divorce. Then after she moved out, I found her on even more sites including matrimonial ones. It's hard to find trustworthy and loyal women these days.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
