Nah. I mean sure, Mr. Olympia levels of HGH and grams upon grams of steroids every week can and will cost thousands of dollars. But for the average steroid user you're looking at ~$50 a month just for the steroids and then another ~$50 potentially for other essential pharmaceuticals and things you need. There are ways to make that number smaller too, I'm giving a pretty average estimate though.

Not to mention the article specifically mentions 'he had the training to use CPR but did not perform it'. It isn't a crime to not perform CPR, regardless of whether you know it or not. It could be different if it's part of your job description, but I'm leaning towards managerial incompetence on this as well. Yeah, unless there's other information stating that they don't do this equally to women, then there's no reason to be worried. Honestly I'm sure Disney employs some of the best security possible, and anyone staying in one place too long without a discernible reason would probably be flagged and watched, especially outside the park.
