I could be wrong, but I can’t imagine park rangers being a very competitive career The article cites cases of wages RISING as more men enter a specific career that used to be female dominated. So, supply/demand can’t be the main factor here. 0	Amen sister There is a huge issue with caretaker type jobs (home health aids, teachers, nursing home workers, etc) getting paid so poorly though. So while you could just argue that people shouldn’t complain about their low paid profession and should change careers, the way that caretaker roles are compensated says a lot about our society.
