There are some categories of food that can make things worse: * artifical sweetners * fructose (SODA/HFCS/sweets) * alcohol * gluten * lactose (milk / dairy) Usually not all categories will affect you,you got to figure out which ones do individually. Also I have a bottle of Soylent 2.0 or Coffiest in the morning, that makes things much better for me than traditional breakfast.
