My dude, where in the world do you live? With rising costs, better education and opportunities, the pros of kids are diminishing. I wouldn't call them shoehorned- some women do desire to work first. It's called ambition and not everyone has the same. Let the ladies who work hard for their education and careers celebrate, and the loving mothers who work hard for their family celebrate as well. Put aside your prejudice and reserve it for the ones who repeatedly choose Chads then demand for a white…

Na bruh, its her own life. Besides, guys do it too. Writing a dissertation isnt a poor substitute of meaning fulfillment. Far from it.

Yup it is. I think just doing good in general deserves a celebration and kudos all around. A beer or two, a pat on the back wont hurt :)

My dude , assuming makes an ass out of u and me. Don't assume she did a dissertation on women studies. Some men do do stuff expecting the whole world to validate it ( youtubers, insta influencers, even politicians) If you poured your soul into a project and its good, share it! If you dont its good too. Either ways congratulations! We'll rejoice in the good. We're not gonna gatekeep unless it really hurts someone.

I suppose to some it might come across offensive, but flipping it around, would it be as offensive if say a man did the same? Or if the dissertation was replaced with a project car? Are "maternity" shoots reserved only for women with children? Who set the rules? Cus in my side of the world, we dont even do maternity shoots. We just scrimp and save for the kid. Maternity shoots are a luxury- a lack thereof is normal.

I don't get it brothers. I mean if i slogged my ass off for my dissertation I'd probably do the same. This is actually quite funny.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
