I guess what I had in mind with my comment, but which I didn't actually write, is that the question needs to be flipped around. The frame was something like: "I noticed that some friends are really friends and others just want to associate we me because they gain something from it." I think this is hypocritical. Flip the question around around. Who are you a real friend to? Who do you actually care about, and what are they struggling with? The friends that you really care about, are they doing g…

In general, the red pill pushes "selfishness", but our culture has a very twisted concept of selfishness. There is a false selfishness available where you accept some logical framework about what you should want: "Money, fitness, respect, getting laid, etc", and then try to calculate what you should do based that formulaic self-interest. Yeah, I think moving away from the cities is a good idea. Also agree that PNW and Appalachia are good options. This is also my plan. I interpreted what you were saying as "Fleeing the West", which I don't think is a viable plan after spending a lot of time traveling to potential places. As much as I liked people there, I eventually realized that I will always be a foreigner and my children would be too.

Aint nowhere to run. America is just the capital of a massive empire that spans most of the world. The rest of the world is hostile to this empire, but also survives at it's mercy atm. When America falls, the whole world will descend into chaos. Do you really think living in Iran or something is going to be better when things start to fall apart? Are people in Africa, Asia, or Russia going to welcome you with open arms when the wars start and people start dying? The idea that we can just move ar…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
