1	I have nothing against weight lifting, but what is this single-minded focus of equating muscle mass with the essence of manliness? If you are a big guy, and a smaller guy challenges you to a fight, you can take the moral high ground and refuse to fight. If you look like you can kick his ass, you won't even have to fight, you will be seen as the bigger man that way. However if you are small, and you back down, people will just think you are a fucking pussy. 3	Fellow BP, how can we improve the confidence of young men without resorting to the stuff we generally disagree with? I've never watched the show, but judging from pictures, the dude is a solid 8/10. By high school standards he might be closer to a 9/10 actually.
