| 1 | "octomom" now on welfare with 14 kidsthey did this--forced sterilization of women--in the state of south carolina before...it was hilarious ಠ_ಠ | /r/MensRights | 01/04/12 11:09 PM |
| 2 | "octomom" now on welfare with 14 kidsthe government also takes money to pay for the healthcare costs of people who eat red meat or smoke, but you don't see me up in arms that i as a healthy eating, non-smoker have to share in their medical costs? or how 'bout them corn subsidies? or that i have to pay for the military-industrial complex? There's a helluva a lot more money going to the wars the US is embroiled in than in food stamps. | /r/MensRights | 01/04/12 10:59 PM |

| 1 | The problem with feminism, in a single picture.that NOW piece also argues the opposite of what you are saying. As for the Erin Pizzey stuff--this is evidently the result of radicalists and does not speak for all of us. Erin Pizzey herself for instance would seem to be a great example of a moderate feminist. mainstream feminism is often hostile You're finally not generalizing, congratulations! But can you accept that many feminists can also acknowledge the struggle men and boys go through? or are you just as radically pro-Men's Rights as the … | /r/MensRights | 01/04/12 12:08 PM |
| 0 | The problem with feminism, in a single picture.i would say the exact same argument to you. You're extrapolating the way an entire movement thinks from a biased sample. you said it yourself it's the feminists coming here, to this site! Edit: do you ever talk to feminists in real life? do you read feminist literature? how do you know they're all like that? Your experience is just and only that: YOUR experience. My experience differs and is just as valid. | /r/MensRights | 01/04/12 11:14 AM |
| -5 | The problem with feminism, in a single picture.well if that isn't a generalizing statement. "all men's concerns"...the entirety of feminism? you're only experiencing a very small subset of what feminism (and feminists) are ALL about. | /r/MensRights | 01/04/12 10:38 AM |
| -2 | What if the gender equality judge doesn't like men?this only matters if women had an equal standing with men in positions of power. As it is right now those positions contain men disproportionately. I think it's a much more appropriate question to ask if the male judge doesn't like women. Also, doesn't this imply women can't think with impartiality? Are men not capable of being unjust just as easily? | /r/MensRights | 01/04/12 09:14 AM |
| -5 | The problem with feminism, in a single picture.how is this mainstream feminism? it doesn't represent feminism to me--feminism to me would see that. It's the media that has failed these victims. The media has already proven that it does not have the feminist agenda as it can ignore men as victims. But also do see that the fact that the great majority of rape victims are women, so women are the most in need of a solution. | /r/MensRights | 01/04/12 09:05 AM |
