The author of this article is ludicrous! One of the author's complaints within the article is that, women in jails/prisons are constantly being sexually assaulted. By whom may I ask? We all know it's not all of the guards who commits these terrible acts against the female inmates. I mean who is around these women most of the time besides the guards? I just can't get to it for some reason....
