Starting with a true CBT therapist is a great place to begin. While therapy may never bring you euphoria or fulfillment it can help you realize things aren’t as bad as they feel, and there are proven ways you can think through that.

Crying is like vomiting. It’s a genuine physical response. You can pile up too much inside and then it has to come out. Crying has be be some sort of “brain wash” after enough cortisol/stress/idk builds up. Take it as a symptom. You have a mental imbalance somewhere, some deep hidden idea you maybe tucked away long ago and your brain automatically operates by it. An idea like “I’m too stupid, or too poor, or I’m incapable” As a man you must become. We cannot remain as a child and be happy. We mu…

Lots of good nuggets in there. Being in touch with your body is only a new age thing because we’ve become accustomed to being disconnected by default. I know a few people that have DIED from something random and they would occasionally say they had a small pain in their head, or kidney. But would shrug their shoulders and ignore it. Even understanding how your gut feels when you’re full, clogged, or empty is a skill. The same applies to “mental digestion” as well. I’m sure you’ve heard a sentenc…

This is likely because you’ve been disempowered to be autonomous. “You must make decisions that make your mom, family and god happy.” Is the unspoken rule. Who can decide what you need better than you? Who sees the path before you better than yourself? First things first get money, and get healthy. Take it from me someone who has got eviction letters on and off the past 7 years. I thought i would be a millionaire at 25 and boy was I wrong. It killed me I haven’t met “my goals” But the goals were…

It may be helpful to resolve in your mind that your mom, is not helpful in your growth, and might rather be a hindrance. She’s not yours to take care of, not at least for another 30 years, she should be teaching and guiding you, she’s not doing her job. So it’s on you to make your own plan, follow it, and see where it takes you. I waited to 28 to move out of my home town and I’m still kicking myself I didn’t do it sooner. I’m sure some part of her wishes your college plans would fall apart so sh…

If that’s the frame you choose then so be it.

Frame is always more important than looks and that’s what guys have to make up for more than others. Even with looks it’s falls on them to be congruent. It may get them a same night lay but she’ll quickly see behind the curtain. Hot or not if her frame is stronger than yours... you eventually lose. The idea is to make for yourself such a strong frame that women WANT to be a part of your world and your vision. Maybe think about it this way. She doesn’t even understand why she cums, but you do. Yo…

Your views on look imply you’ve never completely understood the red pill.

You’re bleeding. Don’t just try and stop the blood. Your habits and tendencies come from your deep world view. I don’t know you, but I know you’re smart, capable, and deserve inner peace. It seems like you’re barreling over your depression. I really recommend the headspace app to help you slow down and really recognize your thoughts and how your body is feeling. Your mind can get stuck in ruts and it can take a cognitive behavioral therapist to walk you though your view of reality and point out …

I mean is that not her giving you an opening? Use it as an opportunity to escalate. It’s such and intimate situation anyway, she’s LAYING her body on your body. Responses: “I’m thinking about all the positions I’m going to put you in.” Heavy escalation Let’s say a journey song is on TV “I can’t fucking stand journey and every time one of their song plays I get furious.” Make some ridiculous reason as to why it’s happening, just laugh it off and go back to cuddling and TV. Now you’re kida fucked …

You should know by now they don’t want an actual answer. They’re testing you to see if you’re “one of those guys.” Let them go. A girl that values what you say will go “damn, I never thought about it like that! You’re so smart!” Again doesn’t matter what you say, matters how high she holds what you say. Don’t make it a conversation as if she was a bro, play with her, joke around, if you see she’s maybe baiting you to say “misogyny” stuff then just agree and amplify. “Yes I actually do believe al…

If you are quick to throw in a laugh to avoid awkwardness when you don’t hear someone, that says something about how you view your role in a conversation. I think underlying could be some negative social perception you have about yourself. It’s one thing to realize you’re not as keen socially as other people, it’s another to think “I am not as pleasant to be around.” Hold honest views about yourself, not negative ones. You deserve just like anyone else to pause the conversation or ask someone to…

Play the game. Your parents are no longer leaders in your life and they did a shitty job of passing the torch (mine as well) so you take the torch yourself. Lie to their faces if you have to. They’ve done the same in the name of progress. They won’t see it until you make it. Even then don’t expect them to fully understand.

Ask her why lol. Who’s she exited to show it off to? Where’s she excited to wear it? Does she act more confident around you with it? Could be just some image issues in her own head. You are right to feel some type of way because she didn’t even ask what YOU would think about it. If she has mentioned it in the past and you were like “yeah I wouldn’t mind” is a bit different. The only way to sort these things out is nuance. Pay close attention to her and how she’s responding and reacting. If she’s…

Completely depends on how traditional her mom was and how successful she views her mothers mating strategy. More often than not tho it’s a bad case because her masculine perception is traumatized by whatever happened with the father.

Definitely a red flag at least. It could also just be MASSIVE insecurity. 9’s and 10’s play this off pretty well. But don’t just assume because a girl obviously has x positive feature, that she understands that herself. She may just really hate her own voice as opposed to trying to trick you, or deceive you. That would be less egregious but still unpredictable, especially in the long run.

In any way that’s forced. If she’s from New York she should talk like a new Yorker, if she’s from Ohio she should sound like she’s from Ohio. If she talks in a high register, like a rocker chick, sounds rich or overly eloquent, talks normal but out side of mouth, anything irregular. It’s directly inverse to self consciousness. She may be someone who would behave and be submissive but to me it’s a time bomb. I’ve seen it even my friends. Here’s an example the girl talks at 0:20ish, note her speec…

Voice is a solid one. If she puts a lot of effort into shaping her voice it’s often a red flag.

It took me a long time to realize what my parents have now, is a whole new world from where they came from. When you come from hell, “basic and mundane” is actually heavenly. You have the same call to rise, it’s now instead of trying to survive you’re trying to thrive.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
