Imagine someone posting about their spouse being in the hospital for 11 hours and your response is “hurrr you don’t care because you complained about the chairs”. You are a disgusting human being.

Tbf being Indian myself I have plenty of friends who are "Bollywood level" hot. So maybe I'm just used to it.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/22 03:52 PM

Hey toots here’s a quarter buy yourself something nice
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/22 01:39 AM

I think people under 35 who dislike tattoos are in the minority but they tend to feel pretty strongly about it. There’s also people who are fine with a few tattoos but wouldn’t want someone covered in ink. I have a lot of tats (and plan to get more) but they aren’t visible with most clothes, so I could see myself tagging “tattoos” as a hobby just to filter out men who weren’t into that.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/22 12:55 AM

tagging it as a hobby is weird but it still makes sense as a filter since people can be pretty opinionated on tattoos
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/22 12:48 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/22 11:44 PM

That’s fine, but you might be better off dating irl than OLD then
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/22 12:52 AM

You should definitely be talking with multiple people in the early (<= 3 dates) stages otherwise you’re going to end up with oneitis for someone who has other options. I also don’t understand the point of being loyal to a total stranger. Once you’ve gotten a feel for someone’s personality though I think it’s fine to focus on one person at a time.

If we assume it's people with a degree it would come out to ~40%, higher if you drill down by locale. It's definitely enough to affect society if many or most of these people are working remote or hybrid jobs.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/22 09:22 PM

A significant number of white collar jobs can be done entirely or partially from home though and when these people no longer want to go back to the office full time it can have major impact for things like city planning, cost of living, etc.

No it’s not important. As long as you share some general interests and world views. I really don’t understand people who have specific hobby requirements in their partners. It seems completely irrelevant to a long term relationship and/or marriage.

I’ve finally revealed myself as the petite no hair custodian I always was Purple (fat fetish) and bandit are still around. I’ve heard Smurf still pops in here and there but I haven’t seen her in a while. The drama was that quab (muscle cop chick) started a feud with Livs because Livs was supposedly fatter than she was claiming to be (untrue imo). Then people were wondering how she saw Livs pics that she hadn’t posted here and it turned out purple square (throwaway) had doxxed a bunch of people. …

First of all those lean guys are doing some form of strength training too. Diet alone won’t give you the “Brad Pitt in Fight Club” physique that’s considered ideal. Second, do the gym rats actually have an aesthetically pleasing physique? Because you can be strong af but not have a body that’s attractive to women (see: a lot of powerlifters).

That’s what I’m saying about genetics for good fat distribution. My point is there are some women who can look good overweight with no effort, whereas overweight men always have to put in some effort in building muscles otherwise they’ll be flabby
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/22 04:39 PM
10

False. Women with good genetics / pear shapes can get away with a little chub if it mostly goes to her boobs/butt. Men can only get away with chub if they lift and have a “strongfat” physique, otherwise they just end up with moobs and beer bellies. Fat women also have an easier time finding relationships than fat men. Ime chubby chick + normal/muscular guy is a lot more common than skinny chick + chubby guy. Obesity looks equally bad in both genders though.

Isn't that all due to inflation? Also in my view the correction is already happening. People seem to be waiting for some sort of "big bang" but I think realistically we're going to struggle with the after effects of the pandemic for a few years before things naturally pick back up.

Striking down AA would help Asians more than anything. I’m not sure it would have any significant affect on gender ratios though. AA tends to be more race based as men and women tend to self select out of certain majors

but for men who are below average, a woman using a dildo that’s bigger than them shouldn’t be a threat. If she’s willing to use it in bed with him, she’s using open communication & willing to tell him “this is what I want sometimes,” instead of cheating on him with a dude with a big dick like these men are insecure about. Jfc lmao. Apparently the standard now is “not cheating” not making your partner feel secure in their bodies. And women wonder why red and black pill are getting bigger

What does this have to do with SAHMs? The woman is a nanny which means she gets nights and weekends off and doesn’t have to do housework. She also gets paid and can negotiate her rates. SAHMs are expected to take care of children AND the house everyday for most of the day. SAHMs also have to raise children which is different from simply taking care of them like a nanny would.

For example the sneaking junk food should have lead to a discussion about seeking therapy not berating her. Also how bad +20lbs is depends on where she started too. For example if she was already small to begin with (let’s say 100lbs) then while +20 would certainly change her appearance she would still be well within the h…

You fall head over heels for a guy at 18 then stay with him for the next ten years because sunk cost fallacy even though he’s a garbage boyfriend. Or you have low self esteem and don’t think you deserve a great guy so you only get into LTRs with shifty people. Hell I’d bet lots of people in toxic/abusive relationships are low N despite having low standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/22 05:46 PM

Third
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/22 11:11 PM

I’m still not seeing how it’s incoherent. If women with high standards also tended to be low N, then it wouldn’t make sense for men to complain about high standards while simultaneously wanting low N women. But there isn’t really a correlation between standards and N count.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/22 06:30 PM
4

No it isn’t. Promiscuous women can have high standards for looks but low ones for personality, so they can rack up their N count while still having high standards. When guys here complain about women having “high standards” they’re most thinking about the looks standards and not the personality/full package ones.

Depends on if she raised the kids on her own or had help from nannies and maids. Frankly being the SAHM of a rich husband IS easy. While UMC moms I know do do some work wrt household management, for the most part they aren’t doing much housework or child rearing. And once their kids are old enough to go to school full time they’re basically brunch and yoga moms. If she raised 3 kids mostly in her own I do think she deserves some compensation.

a successful man is equal to a beautiful woman, so it’s ok if the guy is more successful as long as the woman is more attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/22 03:43 PM

Only applies to looks. Women aren’t judged by how successful they are so if a guy is more successful than me that doesn’t mean he has a greater ability to cheat or branch swing

No they don’t. Everyone judges average by the people in their immediate vicinity. The average man worldwide is a 5’6” skinny Chinese guy but I guarantee you no woman in a western country is thinking about that if you ask her what the average man looks like

/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 01:21 AM

That’s a pretty childish view of relationships. Two people can disagree on something and not argue about it. I only date men who politically agree with me on things I consider important. If there’s minor points we have differences on that’s never been a big deal.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/22 08:46 PM

No that’s “looking for someone with an active lifestyle”
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/22 07:37 PM

Fair enough, but it sounds like OP was talking about how some of these people are on Bumble BFF for a long time I also think meetup is a better way to find hobby groups
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/22 07:36 PM

We’re pretty close to a lot of trails too but I’m more into camping than hiking. Plus I would have to wake up way too early to get to the trails before they get overtaken by off leash dogs 😑
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/22 07:29 PM
2

I mean there’s a culture around drinking wine and coffee (like being into specific beans, etc) but 90% of the time when someone has that on a profile it means they like getting a latte in the mornings. I feel like if you’re actually immersed in the culture surrounding a thing (hiking, thrifting, et ) you would also already have friends from those hobbies
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/22 07:28 PM
1

You’re by far the exception.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/22 07:19 PM
2

My point is you can’t build a friendship off drinking wine and going to flea markets because they aren’t real hobbies or interests. That’s probably why these women have a hard time finding friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/22 06:47 PM

I hate when people compare HP to LOTR or ASOIAF. The former was written for children, whereas the latter two are for adults. Of course a children’s series is going to have a lot more nonsensical bits. You think 10yos give a fuck if the time turners don’t make any sense? It’s more embarrassing for adults to complain about it.

Because apart from hiking those aren’t hobbies. And even with hiking what people actually mean is “I walked a 3000ft elevation gain once 3 years ago and now I’m a hiker”. Tbh making friends in adulthood is hard in general. My closest female friends I’ve all known since middle or high school

Yes I do believe fighting for what you believe in beings change, as can be seen with many of the major political movements in the last 100+ years. How do you think the Civil Rights Act happened? The suffrage movement? The abolition of slavery? Apoliticals are the same people who 70 years ago would have seen segregation and said “well this isn’t going to change anyway, might as well drink from different fountains”. They’re the same people whose actions lead to the situation we are in now because …

/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/22 03:20 AM

Maybe. I’ve met plenty of men that were nice but I wouldn’t want to fuck
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/22 03:16 AM

There are long term incompatibilities They are attractive enough to fuck but have red flags that would make them a bad partner
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/22 03:12 AM

I don’t want to debate my partner, that’s why I date men with the same political leanings. But not having political opinions at all feels very unmasculine to me

Yeah that’s a fair point. I don’t totally disagree that biology naturally inclines people towards certain professions I just don’t think biological essentialism explains everything.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/22 04:31 AM
1

That explanation doesn’t make sense because if it was due to biology, you’d see women in equal countries opting to be mothers in greater numbers as well. But as I said previously the most “gender equal” countries have the lowest birth rates (and this is despite the fact that many of these countries have a lot of assistance for parents like mandated parental leave).
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/22 04:24 AM
1

That only applies to jobs…countries that are more egalitarian also have significantly lower birth rates (more childfree couples), people getting married much later in life (or choosing not to marry at all), fewer gender roles in relationships etc
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/22 04:13 AM
1

Fair enough, I can’t speak for other countries. But among the highest paying tech jobs in the US it’s not a thing. Hell the last two senior engs I hired were white men—even with diversity stuffing the pool its hard to find senior women.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/22 03:58 AM
0

I work in big tech (FAANG / FAANG equivalent) and never seen someone get hired for their race or gender. The way the hiring process works is you have 4 - 5 interviews (mix of algorithmic and system design) and if you don’t get a “hire” in all of them it’s automatically a no. And you can’t game algorithm questions since you either solved it or didn’t. What’s more likely to happen is the recruiters stuff the hiring pool full of “diverse” candidates. But these candidates aren’t going to get hired u…

I actually agree with you there. With the way the electoral college works it’s going to be impossible to get outdated conservatives out of the government unless liberal and centrist people start moving to red states. Unfortunately the average person doesn’t make decisions that rationally.

I still don’t think comparing an alliance of countries to a entire country is a good analogy purely do to the fact that leaving in alliance is significantly easier than seceding. I also have yet to see women “shrieking” about moving to another country, this seems like a wild exaggeration taken from a few comments. All of the discourse I’ve seen is about moving from a red state to a blue state (which is perfectly valid if you want easier access to abortion) or blue states protecting the right to …

I didn’t know that, although that means the edgyny’s original argument that there was no reaction to Poland’s laws is wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 11:50 PM
1

But according to Byzantine the EU is considering restrictions on Poland due to their internal laws, which negates your original point that there was no reaction from EU countries to one of their states banning abortion. And I think the theoretical role of the constitution and federal US government is trumped by the reality of it. In reality a state leaving the US is difficult and we know this because there was an entire war started when states tried to secede. In reality we have had a federal go…

Yes. And if the doctor doesn’t then she finds a different doctor. This isn’t any different than how some people need to go to several doctors before finding one that will tie their tubes or do some bloodwork they want. The law (from what I saw) doesn’t have any specific rules on what needs to be done to approve mental health reasons aside from a doc saying it’s ok. Imo the fact that the government will fund the abortion means they’re easier to get than in the US. Even in NY a woman would have to…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 11:12 PM
1

Yes so a woman can self refer herself to an abortion clinic, say “this baby will cause me mental anguish” and then get an abortion for free. Sorry but your argument is shitty and pedantic. It’s not difficult to get an abortion in the UK.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 10:52 PM
2

Lmao their government funded funded healthcare will pay for abortions. It’s actually easier to get an abortion in the UK than anywhere in the US
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 10:45 PM
2

From reading that quote I don’t see how this is stricter than NY. The “mental health to woman or existing children” bit means effectively any woman could get an abortion for any reason. It’s not hard to argue an unwanted baby would affect a woman negatively. This is effectively the same as abortion for any reason but with some extra hoops.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 10:32 PM
1

I don’t think they’re niche but I do think there’s a big cultural divide in what guys like wrt asses My husband is a self proclaimed ass man so I always thought he meant the KKW ass. But when I asked him to describe what he liked it’s basically skinny women with round or heart shaped, perky butts.

No. The US has had a central governing body and federal laws since its inception. These federal laws effect what state governments are allowed to do. The EU is primarily an economic alliance. Member countries are required to follow trade and immigration agreements between countries, but there are no rules with regards to what they can do within their own country. EU member states can also leave if their government decides to (see: Brexit). It would be impossible for a state to leave the US witho…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 09:04 PM
2

That’s not a good analogy. The EU is made of several countries and what one does doesn’t necessarily affect the others. The eastern bloc also has a lower quality of life than Western Europe, aus, nz, Canada and the US. If anything the ban on abortion in Poland kind of proves my point that more personal restrictions = less developed country.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 08:53 PM
2

if they really begin this level of banning there will at best massive brain drain to better countries and at worst a civil war. anyone with two brain cells to rub together can see historically countries with restrictions on personal freedoms do not prosper.

Wrt your last point it also depends on what type of women you're dating and where you live. For example I can imagine a woman that's into the starving artist type cares less about his money and more about his social clout.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 04:48 PM

yeah and i'm married to one. but it's still considered a nerd job. and no offense but reddit women tend towards the introverted weirdo side. they aren't a good threshold for what regular beckies and stacies like.

Money = betabuxxing not sexual attraction Of course if you’re attractive then you’re not going to struggle regardless of your job. But a lot of women who are not in tech themselves find software eng unsexy.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 04:09 PM
1

If a guy is socially savvy enough to be on the management track then his job isn’t going to hold him back in dating. But software eng is inherently an unsexy job that conjures images of basement dwelling nerds.

Almost everything you listed only applies to women that are 8+ which is like 5% of the population. And men of that caliber get very similar privileges--preferential treatment in life education and career, access to women of all looks and ages, free stuff (yes women will pay for men at the extreme levels of attractiveness), people thinking they're more intelligent and moral, etc If you think "normal pretty" women experience these I can only assume you don't interact with women in real life.

Taylor Hill (9), Angelababy (8), young Lisa Bonet (9). To me 8 - 9 is supermodel/actress/most people will never meet someone this attractive tier. The chick you posted is more in the “normal pretty” range.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/22 04:26 PM
3

I guess that’s because it’s FDS & pink pill adjacent women who uses that term the most. I don’t see it in more “normal” female spheres
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/22 04:11 PM
5

As someone else pointed out the definition of “pick me” women use is someone who bends over backwards for men and at the expense of other women. These women are prime targets for abusers because they have no boundaries and are often socially isolated. Unless you’re using the FDS definition of pickme ie anyone who does something nice for a man

Yeah tbh I think it’s just being used to one type of city. I enjoy visiting Europe but it’s not a place I’d want to live either. The cities are too crowded and not close enough to nature (granted this is why I don’t like the northeast coast US either). The only upside is free healthcare but I’d rather go to Canada for that (more culturally similar to the US).
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/22 02:17 PM

No offense but that’s like saying London is a crappy city because the only things I saw were Big Ben and the local kebab shop 💀💀

Somewhat in south seattle but in general no, it’s a very white city. Amazon really gentrified the area

It’s not weird at all as long as you have your own bedroom. Idk what these people are talking about, I don’t see how this is any different than having roommates
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/22 09:25 PM

Personally I’d be fine with that but I’m south asian so entire family units living in the same property is not strange to me The totally separate living spaces is enough separation imo
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/22 09:20 PM

But by that logic the original comment of “I see criminal doesn’t get laid” doesn’t mean anything, because these types of men are generally not considered high value to women
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/22 08:01 PM
3

I’m going to be honest, I think you’re either lying or exaggerating. I can believe the average educated middle class woman dates the guy who sells weed to his dorm. But most of these guys end up being middle class men with normal jobs after college. I’m not going believe the average educated middle class woman dates a guy selling fentanyl on the street.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/22 07:58 PM

True but there’s a significant overlap between prostitutes and drug addicts. Idk how much more a high class pros would cost

They still have far fewer than they did historically though
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 11:17 PM

That’s a separate issue. Non-generational wealth is also correlated with the ability to plan ahead
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 11:14 PM

You also no longer need kids to work the farm, bring in money from their factory jobs and take care of you when you’re old.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 11:05 PM

No problem. I agree if this was their first kid ever I’d be jumping the gun by assuming their parenting style

I’ve never had problems finding dumbbells of any weight Feels good going to a powerlifting gym
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 10:43 PM

They already have an older kid so I know what their parenting style is And I disagree. If a close friend of mine was doing something to fuck up their kid it would be unethical of me not to say anything.

men are inherently more disposable than women and a high male : female ratio is bad for society

It’s just normal social situations in action. I have more clout than you on PPD so people are coming out to defend what could be construed as an unnecessary insult. If someone near universally hated like Lillith posted the same thing I don’t think you’d see people defending her.

It doesn’t bother me at all 😊
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 02:42 AM

Because it’s neither feasible nor preferable to have only 50% of able bodied adults out of the workforce. If it was this would have happened at some point in history. Also this line of reasoning is male solipsism as it ignores the fact that all women being SAHMs means there would be no female nurses, doctors, teachers, researchers, etc. Sorry but I don’t want to live in a world where I have to see a male OB/GYN because that’s my only option.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 01:40 AM
4

Idk why getting tattooed makes me so emotional. This dude is blasting ink on my inner thigh and I’m crying thinking about how much I love my husband
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 01:33 AM
8

Being a SAHM has never been an option for the vast majority of women. Even during the peak economy of the 1950s it was primarily middle and upper middle class white women who could stay home. WoC and working class women of all races worked outside the home, not out of choice but because they wouldn’t make enough money for their family otherwise.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 01:29 AM

Kids aren’t carbon copies of their parents, and their personalities are also influenced by upbringing. It’s the combo of helicopter mom + beta dad I think will be his downfall. If it was just one or the other it wouldn’t be as big of an issue. Also tbh I think his dad got really lucky with finding a wife. Dude is an extremely socially awkward, introverted computer nerd and his wife is the only woman he’s ever been with
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 01:03 AM

True he might NEETmax
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 12:57 AM

Being married doesn’t make him not a beta lol. That’s part of betabuxxing And just because his dad managed to reproduce doesn’t mean he will
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 12:55 AM

I think we have different perspectives on how detrimental shortness is
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 12:54 AM

maybe. he is the second kid though so maybe she’ll be less helicopter-y in general with the younger kid
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 12:16 AM

I think his upbringing would be a bigger issue than his height tbh. Being tall doesn’t defeat the ills of a helicopter mom
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/22 12:15 AM

My friend had her first baby boy and I’m genuinely concerned this kid is going to be an incel. My friend is a massive helicopter mom and her husband is the beta-est beta to ever beta. Plus both of them are really short. Their daughter will probs be a Stacy or Stacy-lite though so there’s that
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/22 11:54 PM

I wouldn't say I get sore but I definitely get that pulsing feeling
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/22 09:42 PM

Yeah I can see the contrast thing. I'm not butch at all but I prefer younger women, and I also prefer being the initiator in female/female relationships. Although the only issue I have run into with women is they assume I'm sub because I have long hair and wear girly clothing. 🥲
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/22 09:41 PM

Do lesbians like age gaps or is the dating pool so small you have to forego other preferences?

/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/22 12:16 AM

Oops I misread your comment If your “feminist” friends are hooking up with racists then they’re hypocrites or more likely racist themselves The other option is they’re unverified or blown up rumors as someone else said. When I was in college there was a guy who roofied a chick and ended up getting kicked out of school. But his frat was permanently labeled the “rape house” (lol) for the rest of my time there, even though it was unclear if the rest of them had anything to do with it
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/22 11:00 PM
0

tell me you’ve never been to a frat party without telling me you’ve never been to a frat party disregard
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/22 10:50 PM
8

Because they have free booze and drugs. Unless they’re sleeping with the guys I don’t see what the issue is. And yes you can go to a frat party without having sex. My friends and I went to them all the time and only two girls in the group hooked up with a frat dude. Most frats will invite as many women as they can to drive up the pussy : dick ratio even though they know a significant portion of the women are there are to drink their booze and leave.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/22 09:59 PM

Hmm interesting. I guess I’ve never had any desire to smoke outside of the occasional social thing so I’ll never know
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/22 02:46 AM

yeah I popped a Percocet once randomly and it was fun but nothing amazing to the point where I need it (unless im in pain). Like I could definitely see WHY people got addicted but I guess my brain chemistry is resistant to that I haven’t tried heroin though lol and don’t intend to
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/22 02:33 AM
1

nah not that either. I‘ll occasionally smoke a cigar but don’t have any desire for smoking on a regular basis
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/22 02:21 AM
1

See I’ve never had that issue with even with opiates. I’ve had to take them various times in my life for surgery/injuries but once the pain went away I didn’t feel the need for them again. That’s why I think it’s just genetics.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/22 02:16 AM
1

Yeah idk. I’ll take percs or hydrocodone to get through the rougher areas of my leg tattoo, but I have no desire for them outside of that
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/22 02:14 AM
1

I’ve had plenty of opiates lol
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/22 01:47 AM

I swear I have some sort of anti-addiction gene. I’ve tried so many drugs and nothing has ever made me dependent. I guess it helps that a lot of things make me feel sick too, which outweighs the fun.

The divorce rate drops from 75% for marriages before 25 to ~30% for marriages after 25. However you may be one of the 25%. My MIL was married at 20 and my inlaws are still together 40 years later. I think the important thing to ask yourself is why you want to be married.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/22 08:18 PM

You’re telling me every single person in Vienna makes the same money, has the exact same lifestyle, without significant government interference? Because then I think you’re either lying of “equality outcome”.

/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/22 03:48 PM

I have no idea what this has to do with my original comment. You can have some socialist policies without being a socialist country. That doesn’t change my point that if you want “equality of outcome” you need to go full communism.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/22 03:32 PM

Yes free housing for all is a socialist/communist position…

People don’t just wake up one day and get married. If someone is getting married at 28 - 30 that’s to a person who they’ve been dating for several years Most women don’t intentionally end up single at 30. The VAST MAJORITY of single women I know at this age end up that way because a very long term relationship in their 20s didn’t work out. Often they had every intention of marrying the guy but something happened. These podcasters are stupid because neither of them are talking about the actual re…

You mean among the sexually unsuccessful ones? No they were all fat. And yeah all their partners are/were below average in some way (although more in the physical department than the mental) The few short + fit/skinny men I know don’t have problems dating normal women

We met on Tinder and were fuckbuddies for a bit before we went exclusive. We’ve been together almost 6 yrs, married 2 He’s had gfs and casual relationships before me so obviously he’s desirable to other women. I don’t have a great gauge for how desirable though. I’m honestly pretty oblivious to flirting and IOIs from other women.

I buy him things that make me think of him. I do handmade gifts and/or cards for holidays. I always plan something fun for his birthday with all of his friends.

I've known gross hot guys but they always had to date down because hot women had better options. So the other option is FDS is trying to date men way above their league.

3 what is the point of these posts?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/22 06:52 PM
6

This goes both ways. I've never dated (or even been friends with) a man who can't do basic hygiene like shower and wipe their ass. So when FDS the majority of men are like this that says more about the company they keep than it does about men in general

Titanic is the ultimate red pill movie. This lady is 70 yrs old, has a husband kids and grandkids, and still thinks about some random fuckboy she spent a week with several decades ago. Rose is the ultimate alpha widow.

I only half agree with this. The men I know don’t have problems making FRIENDS with women. In fact two of the guys I was thinking about have mostly female friends. Their problem is they don’t know how to be desirable to women. They’re nice guys (genuinely nice, not Nice Guy) but they are also awkward. They don’t know how to flirt, how to pursue, how inspire lust in women. So yes personality is important but it’s not just a matter of putting yourself out there. It’s specific personality traits th…

The sexually unsuccessful men I’ve known in my life all had the same traits—average to below average looking, short, overweight and extremely socially awkward. Note it is the combination of these traits that made them unsuccessful and not any individual one. For example I’ve known men that were fat but tall and sexually successful or short but charismatic and sexually successful That being said all of these guys eventually found a relationship with their looksmatch. I don’t think I’ve ever met a…

Your wife is definitely an outlier, most women have saggy breasts after multiple kids. Loose skin is mainly dependent on now much your stomach stretched which can happen from excess weight gain but can also be genetic (same with stretch marks).
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/22 03:37 AM
8

Losing weight won’t fix loose skin, saggy boobs or diastasis recti. All of those require surgery. That being said the women I know who bounced back the best were already fit and active before kids and often worked out throughout their pregnancy.

Even in arranged marriages people aren't holding out. A lot of men pay for prostitutes or (for both genders) do it with their gf/bf who their parents don't approve of on the down low.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 08:53 PM
2

yeah but bmi preference and ass vs boobs aren't entirely related. for example my husband (white) prefers smaller women but also strongly prefers ass over tits. bmi preference is correlated with socioeconomic class but ass vs tits is more race related
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 07:55 PM
5

if i remember correctly white people who were raised lower/lower middle class are into fatter women too. although i think they tend to prefer big boobas over ass
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/22 07:46 PM

nah my husband is pretty big and he prefers petite women it’s linked to race and socioeconomic class

The BBL is one of the most dangerous procedures you can get. There’s a ton of arteries in that area so the risk of a fat embolism is very high. I’ve heard the recovery is pretty excruciating too. Never understood the point of doing something so dangerous when you could get similar results at the gym.

The problem with leading with money first is you're mainly going to attract golddiggers who are looking for a lifestyle upgrade. Are there women who will overlook physical looks for financial support? Sure, but they're going to be expecting a certain amount of resources put towards them. And even then they're never going to desire you. I have a friend who basically betabuxxed her husband and she regularly "jokes" about how he lacks in many physical attributes. Getting fit isn't difficult especia…

Gonna have to knock her down to a 6 then. I thought she was mid 50s
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/22 06:51 PM

One of my former co workers just got engaged. This is a guy who would date women for no more than a year before breaking up with them because he was bored. Men (with options) really do only settle down when they want to. Interesting thing is his fiancée is the least attractive of his exes (that I’ve seen).
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/22 06:44 PM

how old is she? I’d say 7 - 8 for a woman in her 50s
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/22 06:42 PM

I’m south Asian but light skinned and ethnically ambiguous. I can pass as a local anywhere from France / Southern Europe through the Middle East and north India. Damn I really want to go to South Korea. I love Korean food and there’s a ton of really cool tattoo artists in Busan.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/22 06:30 PM
5

not the same thing. men are straight up dicks to ugly women. men will go out of their way to tell a woman she’s too fat, too ugly, too old etc. you can find plenty of dating app examples where a guy will match with a girl just to insult her—I’ve never seen this happen with the genders reversed. women simply ignore men they don’t find attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/22 06:26 PM
2

Italy is beautiful and has delicious food. I’ve only been to the north but really want to go to the south. Everyone there was also very friendly but they also thought I was a local lol. Paris is smelly and mediocre. I never got the hype about it. I’m with you that I don’t care for Europe in general though. I’d rather travel to SE Asia.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/22 06:08 PM

yep I’ve noticed this too. circumcised men get the most offended when you say you wouldn’t circumcise your son
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/22 03:43 PM

No I like having my own disposable income. Also housing prices here are so crazy that triple the average would still be barely enough to afford a single family home.

I wouldn’t go quite as far as this poster but men definitely treat women differently based on how attractive they find them, even if they’re not trying to fuck said woman. Granted the halo effect applies to both genders
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 04:05 PM

just because I can’t reach the top shelf doesn’t mean I’m a bitch 😡
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 03:58 PM

It’s a red flag for me if someone is so cumbrained they can’t make logical decisions because they’ve had sex. That’s why the “I don’t have sex so I can get to know him/her11!!” makes no sense to me
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 03:54 PM
4

testosterone has nothing to do with libido thx for letting me know I can never take you seriously again
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 03:52 PM
6

I’m not going to name names but every person on PPD I’ve seen claim that waiting for sex is normal (when you’re not religious**) has also admitted they/their partner is low libido to straight up asexual. Take that as you will. **I know there’s a couple of posters who are virgins until marriage for religious/ideological reasons so I’m not counting them
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 03:30 PM
3

Bro you said before you have zero libido. If you’re actually a man (and not a woman LARPing) then you’re on the far end of low testosterone and your experiences and opinions are going to be colored by that. You’re not representative of people with normal sexuality, therefore I’m going to treat you as an edge case that’s not applicable to 90% of people
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 03:26 PM
3

you’re also obviously asexual so your opinion is irrelevant
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 03:22 PM
4

almost all LTRs/marriages in my social circle started as hook ups. the only exceptions are the ones who’ve been dating since high school Idk what 1950s hellhole y’all live in where a guy has to court someone for 3 months for an crumb of pussy
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 03:20 PM

Funny but isn’t going to get him more matches. He would have been better off putting all that effort into the gym.

hey ur cute
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 01:43 AM

social isolation is bad point blank. my mom was a SAHM and she still had friends (generally other SAHMs). it’s not sustainable for your social life to be your husband and kids only. college is hit or miss, depends on what you did with it. I wouldn’t say you’re missing out
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 12:19 AM

she strikes me as regular crazy not hot and crazy

Getting into a relationship with the expectation you can change someone is always a terrible idea. Also most of the time if she does end up losing weight she'll think she can do better than you now.

/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/22 02:20 AM

It's both. Your metabolism slows as you get older but if you have lived an active lifestyle for years then it won't affect you much. I'm almost 30 and the fittest I've ever been. I have plenty of friends in their early mid 30s who are still fit + thin. If you ate like shit and don't work out though your body is going to be significantly worse in your 30s than your 20s. 30s is when all the bad decisions of your youth catch up with you.

Yeah that’s dumb. When I swam competitively one of the fastest chicks on our team (who almost qualified for the Olympics) was pretty fat. Body weight has more to do with food than exercise anyway.

This was my rule too. If a guy didn’t ask me out after a day or two of talking I lost interest I don’t understand people who want to spend weeks talking to someone online. It’s impossible to judge chemistry without meeting in person

no it’s extremely obvious that the men in this sub are mad that MC / UMC women with careers have an easy time dating and finding husbands. otherwise y’all wouldn’t move goalposts every time someone points out this demographic has the most stable relationships, or constantly circlejerk about them not being able to find men (which once again, can easily be disproved by US census data on marriage and divorce) you haven’t actually addressed any of my points btw
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/22 04:19 PM
4

first of all, don’t move goal posts. you said “they can’t find love” which is objectively false given they have the easiest time getting into and maintaining long term relationships. second, the average age of marriage for that demographic is 28 which means they met their spouses in their early/mid 20s. that’s nowhere near post wall. third, an intact family with a bb husband is still leagues better than being a single mom (which is where most women without degrees end up). y’all are just mad tha…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/22 04:00 PM

Educated women have the highest rates of marriage and lowest rates of divorce What is it with men on this sub circle jerking over things that can easily be proven false?

Two of our friends “broke up” I think 3 or 4 times in the eight years they’ve been together and now they’re getting married. The most embarrassing thing is they were both mid twenties when they met so it’s not like they were immature teenagers. Funny thing is I think they’re going to be together forever because they’re both too stubborn / toxic to let the other person go
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/22 03:42 AM
1

If your anecdotal evidence is irrelevant to the wider trends of when people are getting married and having kids then why share it? Clearly the implication was because the people you know got married and started having kids at 24 anyone else starts looking for a marriage partner later is too late. The original thread was about what age is too late to look for marriage and kids You’re just trying to move goalposts because I called out your ridiculous statement

You said right here that anyone who wants kids has them by 24 which is simply not true. Statistically the age of first planned child has been going up in general and educated, responsible people are the most likely to delay kids. This is especially true considering it’s difficult to have kids if you’re in law school, med school, trying improve in your career and all other things UMC people do in their 20s. In fact it’s mostly poor, irresponsible people who have “accident babies” super early. You…

/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/22 10:38 PM

How can you claim to be UMC while simultaneously claiming that everyone has kids by 24? Rich people are the latest to marry and have children. The average age of marriage among educated women is 28 and the average for first child is 30ish. Methinks someone is LARPing…

If you banned sex before marriage then would either a) not get married because their vibrator is better than taking a risk on a guy who can’t please them or b) only have sex for procreation because they aren’t sexually attracted to their husbands

Well I’m a 1% earned and only date other 1% earners so I wouldn’t date a guy who had to choose between a house/retirement/college or wedding in the first place. My husband and I did both. If he didn’t want a wedding because he had social anxiety or something I would be fine with that.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/22 12:40 AM

I feel like you’re missing the point here…it’s not about his height, it’s about the fact that he was an objectively pretty average to slightly above average guy but could finesse girls numbers by his personality alone. I only included his height because if I had said he was bald with an average face, a lot of incels would have claimed he was only getting numbers because he was tall.

At least overnight but you can leave them in there for a couple of days. They’re a good meal prep food since you can premake several. Example recipe: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTdnyTwvR/?k=1 There’s a bunch of variations though. I don’t use sugar or white onion in mine for example. For a full meal eat with warm rice with a small amount of the marinade scooped in and optional smoked salmon.

I definitely think attractiveness influences personality but it’s the more the combo of looks + base nature + upbringing. For example naturally kind + attractive + good upbringing = sweetheart. The world is kind to these women because of their looks and because their base nature is also to be kind, they end up being super nice optimistic bubbly people Dark triad + attractive + bad or neutral upbringing = manipulative bitch. The world is nice to these women because of their looks but because thei…

well my other point the major transformations don't look as great in real life as they do on video. imo it's easy to tell if someone has on full coverage foundation, contour, etc. if a guy thinks women naturally have a brown streak under their cheeks that's on him...
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/22 11:14 PM
1

Yeah but with denture chick it's the teeth that made the biggest difference imo not the makeup.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/22 11:12 PM
1

My point is it's nowhere near as drastic as you claim it is. The makeup most women wear on a regular basis adds +1 max. Most women do NOT have the time or money to do full make up, lashes, spanx etc. I mean do you even know how much good extensions and lashes cost? That's thousands of $$ in maintenance a year. This is the male equivalent of FDS saying "any guy can look like Jason Momoa if they hit the gym!" The money and effort to do those drastic transformations is not accessible to 95% of wome…

/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/22 10:33 PM

There's also the fact that if she's not taking the time to look put together she probably doesn't want to be bothered. But yeah it also feels like you have low standards if you're approaching me when I look like I rolled out of bed 5 min ago.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/22 10:29 PM
4

Because it's usually only desperate dudes who will hit on you when you're out looking like a trash. I didn't wear makeup for years but there was still a pretty big difference in the guys who hit on me when I wore a cute sundress with my hair down vs when I was running to the store in my PJs and ponytail. Btw not saying makeup doesn't make a difference, just it doesn't add 6 pts by itself. A lot of the big transformations you see the girls also do their hair, better clothes, etc

any guy claiming "women can go from 2 to 8 with makeup1!!" is telling on themselves you can't hide cystic acne with makeup. it might look good on camera but in real life anyone within talking distance of her would see the textured skin you can't change BONE STRUCTURE with makeup. the crazy contouring you see in photos looks like drag makeup in real life and that's not even touching on the fact that most women aren't wearing that intricate level of makeup on a daily basis. i can only assume men w…

first of all this isn't just makeup, those dentures make a huge difference two second of all you're proving my point. the amount of makeup she has on her face would be extremely obvious irl. you can't hide textured skin with foundation in person. if you wouldn't be able to tell this woman has a shit ton of makeup on in real life that's on you
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/22 09:56 PM

show me a single example that isn't layers of makeup which would be extremely obvious in real life. if you think the 7 layers of foundation and contour wouldn't be noticeable irl i can only assume you don't talk to women

Disagree. She went from a sweaty 9 to a freshly showered 9. I think Rihanna is a better example. You don’t realize how fucked up her eye area is when she’s wearing make up.

No one goes from a 4 to 9 with makeup. Makeup so heavy it changes your bone structure only works in pictures. In real life these people look like drag queens. If a guy wore light daily makeup like most women (ie tinted moisturizer, brows, etc) I wouldn’t care. This adds +1 to peoples looks at most. If he wears heavy makeup I would not date him but neither do I.

High quality clothes that will last several years and look good are always a good investment. Haircut is an ongoing expense so I’d price it at a point you’re ok spending regularly. I guess once a month, it’s hard to quantify since I go out very sporadically since the pandemic. But as the top comment said it’s mostly hostile sexuality not flattery. This type of interest is less about being attractive and more about the combo of living in a big city + looking young/approachable. Genuine flirty interest is much more rare because this happens within social groups, and since I’m obviously married decent men aren’t going to make attempts.

Ehh this is a very self-serving definition of interesting. As a woman who studied Computer Eng and now works in tech, most nerds are definitely not that interesting. And this doesn't really change the fact that "interesting" is irrelevant to a long term relationship or the ability to raise and support a family. The "wife material" women y'all claim to want don't have interesting or exciting high on their list of requirements.

I don’t care if my partner is cool or fascinating. I want to raise a family and a man who has strong social and community connections makes a better father and husband. The world traveler would be more appealing to women looking for non-serious relationships.

I didn't feel ready for marriage until I was 26ish. It wasn't specifically about my (now) husband either...I just didn't feel mature enough to make a lifelong commitment.

I disagree. Your brain changes significantly from teenage years until you’re 25ish. It is unlikely a 20yo would know if someone was marriage material after just two years of dating because they could be a completely different person another two years later. Hell I have friends who’ve been dating since high school that waited until their late 20s to get married. Marriages under 25 have a 75% divorce rate for a reason (vs 30% for 25 and over).

I’ve never met a totally red pilled woman but there’s many of us here that are purple pilled, which means we believe in some RP truths. My main issue with red pill is it is too extreme and RP men have a hard time dealing with nuances. For example while I believe AF/BB is real the “af” and the “bb” are the same man at different points in his life. I have rarely seen a “true” AF/BB scenario where a woman marries a guy completely different from the ones she fucks. What is more common is a guy who w…

My point is it’s such a high threshold of power/money/influence before a man could get away with it it’s not really a counter example to the original comment. Even at my levels of UMC (single to low double digit 7 figure net worth) a man would not be rich enough to get away with it among the women he wants.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/22 01:48 PM
1

Uber powerful men play by a different set of rules. And a lot of the women they get are with them for clout and money not because they’re sexually desirable. For the normal man seeing a sex worker would definitely lower his value. Even a Chad couldn’t get away with it, because women would wonder why such a good looking guy needs to pay for sex.

Yeah. The maxillary skeletal expansion (MSE) appliance works by anchoring to your upper jaw bone then slowly breaking it open and pushing it apart. Eventually the gap in bone will heal with new bone. It’s been 4 weeks now. My suture split a week ago and I have a big ol’ gap between my front teeth. Think I’ll have it out in another week or two.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/22 12:31 AM

You know what's funny is the principle behind this surgery is the same thing the orthodontist us using to expand my upper jaw

Is this not normal? Before my husband and I moved in together we only saw each other 2 - 3 times a week. And even after we spend most of the day apart at work, gym etc

I wish Reddit had a way to mute users. Sometimes I get in debates on the sub where the person didn’t say block worthy but I get bored of responding and don’t want to keep getting notifications from them.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/22 08:08 PM

Police officers are wife beaters. Like actual wife beaters—they have some of the highest rates of domestic violence for a profession. I would never date one either. Military high chance of death. A lot of surgeons are sociopaths. Idk why firemen and pilots are in there too.

I don't blame her for freezing but I totally get his resentment in this scenario too. It's not just the fact that she didn't help in the fight, but that her insistence on walking through a known sketchy area led them to the scenario in the first place. I don't think the girl is at fault here per se but I also wouldn't blame him for breaking up with her.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/22 10:38 PM
