Also, in case if she rebounds and I plan the divorce in some time. Does moving out of Texas and filing divorce in any lenient state makes sense? If yes, which state is divorcé friendly? I make $180k an year and she $100k.

Many questions - is there something I can do to safeguard some of my money, I know it’s such a short time (deposits to family? Cash withdrawals for my livelihood during protective orders, if yes then how much could be justified? Transfer overseas?) Another brown guy here with similar situation and dilemma - only difference is I’ve 3 year old kid and which is making the struggle real hard. I don’t want her to raise the kid alone (50% custody means she’ll take care of him during my absence) because my inlaws are still apes and I don’t want them to control my kid. Having said that I’ve similar turmoil inside me if I should take a step ahead and file my divorce considering the situation is going worse every single day. It’s my fifth year in US…
