4	I'm SICK of browsing r/foreveralone & r/depression only to wallow in my own self pity - so I've decided to change, and need your advice guys... I agree upon your advice to 2. I learned it the hard way. Congruency is the key. Don't try to change yourself into a awesome person you know, just try to get a better you. You are and you will always be the person you are.
