Just look at r/progresspics and you can find the the average male can just lose 20-40lbs and can objectively move himself up 2-3 points. Most of those guys aren't even styled or groomed in the pics and you can see the sizable SMP increase. I think some guys just don't want to put the effort in because "guys don't care about things like that". Maybe you should, if it helps you get laid.

TRP/MRP is necessarily harsh because TRPers lean too much in the "nice guy" realm. If they have any competence at all, they'll seattle into a middle ground, ya know, after that anger phase.

A wife won't tell him because it would hurt his "ego" and nobody wants to be around someone with a hurt "ego". This will have further repercussions on the relationship.

Is that what you inferred from my comment? I acknowledged that she still chose him, most likely knowing he was an alcoholic. She is not free from the responsibility of choosing someone with those behaviors.

He had the behavior BEFORE she met him, and yes she still chose him. Its his job to find out what makes him want to "check out from reality".

He was an alcoholic before she met him, according to her post history.

It's solved by masculine men creating and enforcing discipline in boys. Women are not good at following through with discipline in boys, especially single mothers with no-one to share the burden. Momma's can't fill that role, they give in too easily because they tend to be more compassionate and empathetic. Men need to tell boys to own their life and to be responsible and to consistently follow-through with consequences.

Which is considered obese and not overweight.

Her weight gain is probably part of it, but it seems like she's just not his type. 179-185lbs is most likely overweight and that depends on how tall she is (and if she's telling the truth). 185 looks a lot different on someone who is 5'2" then 6ft. Women don't want to hear the truth, they can't even tell their best friends the truth.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
