Question For Mensimplyaless/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/22 02:53 AM
Upvotes Comment on Subreddit Date (UTC)

I wanted to chime in here as someone who is in a long-distance relationship with a guy who was kind of emotionally unavailable and had his insecurities, and I made an extra effort for him to wake up. I don't see this as conquering or that I'm all that. I'm glad I got to help, but there was also a cost to it. He is self-aware enough so I think he just needed a bit of a push, but I truly love him for his soul and that's why I didn't want to leave and it's getting better. I could explain further, b…

I 100% agree with this.

Everyone's different but I feel the need to comment on this because I never really understood people who feel comfortable or enthusiastic sleeping around with many people. Like.. I never got it at all. Maybe it's also because I got traumatized by things growing up, but intimacy is a struggle for me even in a long term committed relationship. Everyone is different and come from different situations.

Even if the girl isn't provoking them and maybe is kind of reserved/modest? My bf (long distance) believes some of them are parasocial because they spend hours on livestream with us and I can see why. I wish I had more women viewers.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/26 09:30 AM

I see what you mean because sometimes my BF shares his opinions on my channel and they barely call him out the way they call me out.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/26 09:13 AM

They're mostly guys. I wish I had more women viewers. Yeah my guy viewers for the most part just agree, leave normal comments, most of them aren't creepy or flirty.

Why do you say this? I already have an idea of what you might think but I don't want to assume anything so I am asking a question first.

Hmmm idk.. I find good morals really attractive.

This is an interesting convo because I've had some guys from rp/bp on my YouTube channel accuse my male subscribers of being this way despite them not actually acting like it. Just because they agree with me on quite a few things and are active/support me doesn't automatically make them simps or white knights. I think sometimes it's used as an insult to disregard valid and smart points people make (ad hominem).
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/26 05:51 AM

Hmm, I'm curious, why do you feel this way? No judgement

I also have a long distance bf who claims to see things like me, and I still have a really hard time believing him fully, although I don't give him crap for it, don't worry, lol

I understand what you mean. I do agree it's not everyone and the guys in front of that person might be safe but it's really really challenging to unlearn such a core belief about intimacy. I can speak from experience. I can elaborate if you or anyone else is willing to hear me out.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/26 06:31 AM
2

I understand what you're trying to say and maybe I wasn't clear or there was some misunderstanding, but from what I understand and even speaking from experience, it's not uncommon for girls when they're young to experience a lot of cat calling, online solicitation, genital pics, and even sexual harassment constantly from guys much older than them. I'm not saying this doesn't happen to guys where adult women or men are harassing or doing those things to them, but it happens more to girls and beca…

I wasn't really gender specific there but yes men also grew up with wrong ideas, but a lot of us girls (and some guys) were contacted or preyed on sexually at very very young ages.. it does something to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/26 04:23 AM
3

How? aren't you supposed to make your partner feel special, genders aside.. I dont get this comment and if it's even serious.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/26 12:01 AM

you're not wrong how we grew up as kids having these crazy ideas of intimacy because of how corrupted it got. If him or anyone tries to deny it, it's because they've never actually experienced it or seen the repercussions of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/26 11:58 PM

I actually want to know what u/muscletov would say because you're not wrong how we grew up as kids having these crazy ideas of intimacy because of how corrupted it got. If him or anyone tries to deny it, it's because they've never actually experienced it or seen the repercussions of it.

for sure!
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/26 07:22 PM

That's insane for me to think about. I'm not even married to my long distance bf and can't bear the thought of breaking up; despite our problems. I'd marry only for love.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/26 06:27 AM

I understand, especially because those people are a bit more on the rare side.

I believe I've had a discussion on the forums here with you before I just forgot which one, but thank you. I understand the hesitancy and the scepticism. I don't blame you.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/26 06:17 PM
1

Yeah, I make YouTube videos so I'm used to these kinds of extreme claims about other things as well and I ignore it sometimes if I realize it's going too far. But yeah, I know that there are guys out there that are happy in their relationship and don't have urges or temptation for other women and same with women with their significant others. I know I'm that way too.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/26 12:03 PM
1

You're right, and you said it best. It definitely is some sort of justification thing too. Those few "ragebaiters" or people trying to justify it or speak for themselves in my opinion shouldn't be engaged with too much. I have a habit of challenging them a bit, not too much back and forth But maybe it's best to not pay mind to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/26 07:09 AM
1

I'm curious, why do you think some of these guys deny or don't want to admit these kinda guys this exist? I had this theory that it's because they want to feel better about themselves, the false-consensus effect or maybe some of it is meant to provoke reactions I appreciate your sentiments and discussion so far
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/26 05:50 AM
2

I agree, and thanks for saying this. I do also believe it's possible for this to occur even without the demisexual, religious, trauma aspect. I was just trying to mention some points I have seen here including some people who keep trying to deny these kind of guys are out here.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/26 04:52 AM
1

oh my goodness.. are you me? this is beautiful and this is spot on to how I feel. thank you for saying this!!! lately these posts have felt disheartening, and im tired of people trying to put doubt in my mind. I feel the same way about my partner, God bless you guys!!
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/26 02:58 AM
3

I see what you're saying, but do you personally believe there are some guys that this just doesn't apply to? Like they just don't feel anything towards anyone else or never feel temptations to cheat? You can argue that they're demisexual, religious, or maybe they've been traumatized. These are some examples I've heard here. But I'm just curious if people will admit that those kinds of people exist and aren't 1 in a million kind of people.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/26 01:33 AM
5

You're not alone, my BF who's long distance feels the same about only feeling strongly to me, he just focuses on me.. this subreddit likes to underestimate and dismiss guys like you guys. Yall are doing the right thing!
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/26 12:32 AM
1

Because they're implying most guys (including your partner) think of or have urges to cheat on you. These seem like overstatements. It creates intense paranoia by suggesting that if a male partner suddenly becomes more successful, attractive, or available, he will inevitably stray. It completely devalues the emotional bonds people build, implying those bonds are worthless the second a better alternative comes along.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/26 12:23 AM

Can you elaborate on this? I think I get the idea but don't want to misunderstand. I also believe in God so I'm curious as well
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/26 12:00 AM

I'm against it but it doesn't shock me
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 11:58 PM

Did this happen to you? Sexual trauma really sucks and I relate about the discomfort around it and the topics
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 11:57 PM
4

They're still out there though.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 11:56 PM
4

That's why I commented the way that I did because I know on the sub there's always people trying to put doubt in my mind. Not everybody is the same and not a monolith so I get curious why people like to say stuff like this. No offense. I personally think it's because they're that way and they have a really hard time believing people operate differently.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 11:55 PM

heavy emphasis on: "and some men practice genuine mindfulness about their lustful thoughts, hate orn and are loyal to their partners always" !!! I think this subreddit underestimates or downplays the people that are like this.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 10:38 PM

We both are 'demi' (although I don't like labels and wouldnt say im part of the LGBTQ) but the way it's described represents us, believe in God and I didn't get any red flags he could be otherwise with this stuff.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 10:19 PM
3

you said, "vast majority of men watch p--n, they are into nice butts, miniskirts, boobs, so on and so on." .. my bf doesn't feel this way towards other women. not everyone is like this, you know.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 10:16 PM
4

yeah, maybe this is ragebait or something
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 10:15 PM
15

Umm.. I'm confused by this post, but my boyfriend doesn't care for all that. He's loyal to me and he just wants to be close to me. I just finished commenting on a post about 'Most men would cheat' There's too many generalizations/INSANE ragebait going on or something..
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 10:14 PM

That's crazy and your gut was definitely trying to tell you something. I'm rly sorry to hear that, you deserve better and I hope you're doing better.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 10:09 PM
2

it is just basic human decency to open doors, give up seats. I don't get it.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 10:01 PM
4

I am sorry to hear that. I am in a long distance relationship and thankfully my bf and I trust each other and we've been fine so far, but we get anxious and insecure at times. And honestly seeing posts like these are a bit triggering, I can't lie 😅
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 09:56 PM
3

That's good. My long distance bf is this same way. I don't get how some guys operate, or 'claim' to operate.. it makes them look so bad and it reveals who they are. These kinda topics are kinda triggering tbh.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 09:54 PM
1

hmm.. a lot of these 'takes' make men look bad.. "most?" I wouldn't say most. Why do you say most? What kind of people do you have around? Was it just for clickability? I am curious why a lot of these takes are this way. IMO, they put men in a pretty bad light but that's a whole other conversation. I don't get how some guys operate, or 'claim' to operate.. These kinda topics are triggering tbh.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 09:52 PM
0

True, a lot of these 'takes' make men look bad.. maybe the guy is speaking for himself and wants to feel validated by other people.. "most?" come on now.. I don't get how some guys operate, or 'claim' to operate.. it makes them look so bad and it reveals who they are. These kinda topics are kinda triggering tbh.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/26 09:49 PM

I agree!! And I say this is someone who's been in a 2 year long distance relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/26 09:05 AM

I know this wasn't for me, but it doesn't matter how a guy looks, it would rub me the wrong way if he flirted with everyone whether it was irl or online.

Do you make vids on similar content? And thx

Hopefully ur not too harsh while watching, jokes jokes but, it's basically my reddit user with 'its' in front. im saying it this way so it doesnt seem like im self promoting, thx!
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/26 09:03 AM

almost exactly that.. I talk about topics related to social issues, philosophy, and psych.. I dont keep up w celebs.. a lot of it is my raw thoughts. I like conspiracies/spirituality but dont talk about it on my channel.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/26 08:40 AM
1

So then, technically, this wouldn't make my subscribers simps right? I treat them with kindness and respect, and I don't demand things from them, but some of these " r / b pilled" guys beg to differ and think they're simps just because they agree with a lot of my opinions (that I believe are levelheaded and not extreme).
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/26 06:51 AM
1

In my experiences, it's been half-and-half. A lot of guys I met did hypocritical stuff that they likely would flip out if I did to them. - relatives, guy friends, a partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/26 06:43 AM
2

I relate to what you said in ur last paragraph a lot !
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/26 06:41 AM
1

So then, what can they say to make themselves not boring and as basic? I say this as someone who has a YouTube channel that talks about some of these topics that are brought up and actually has more of a guy following than girl.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/26 06:36 AM

🙏🙏 I'm glad to hear this. My LDR bf feels the same way.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/08/26 05:37 AM

I actually see where you're coming from. I live in an area in Canada with a lot of people and I actually feel more alone, it gives this weird feeling or even illusion that nobody gets me, or that people are too in their heads and phones.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:37 AM

I agree, people know how obsessed I am with my boyfriend who's long distance and I don't get made fun of. Honestly, a lot of this stuff is dumb and there's a lot of jealous people when they see others in strong relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 02:33 AM

This is interesting because to me, I didn't want to be with a guy who was chasing after every woman because I felt like it was a competition and it was less special for me. Same with people that compliment everybody they see in a flirtatious way. So I get what she's saying.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 02:30 AM

I have a small YouTube channel and some black pill guys (who are always on my case for no reason) believe that a lot of my subscribers are Simps. I do believe some of them had some infatuation with me, but they are mainly gone. I do believe a lot of them are supportive and don't fit the Simp category. They're also all aware that I have a bf who shows up on my channel sometimes, no face. Also, my boyfriend and I joke that we simp for each other but by definition we actually don't. Because everyth…

I have a really small YouTube channel and a lot of my guy subscribers tell me similar and tell me this is why they're subscribed to my channel because I like going deep into topics and all that... but I don't believe women like me are actually that rare despite me having trouble making quality girl friends. It just confuses me..
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/26 02:21 AM

I'm really sorry to hear that and thanks for sharing the link. I believe these people are calculated in what they're doing and they get butt hurt when things don't go their way too.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/26 09:15 AM

I want to say something about the 2nd point you mentioned: Long story short, this guy from another country tried to come back in my life after 2 years, because he wanted to "apologize" to me for defending a guy who stalked me, and said he wanted to be "an ally" and a friend to me. (Ally not in the lgbtq sense, but just to stand with me whatever it meant). I purposely waited weeks to reply to the email because I was hesitant, but then I decided to let him call me and apologize. He made it clear h…

Thanks so much! I try to talk to him a lot and help him, but you're right at the end of the day, it's him that has to make the changes. We've talked about this so much and I'm even in therapy. It's a very difficult situation and I wish you the best as well!

What you're saying sounds very familiar as I've done some research on this and I believe you're right about a lot of this. In my case, it's interesting with my long-distance boyfriend. I wouldn't say he's really avoidant avoidant. He's just an anxious/insecure person with some self sabotage tendencies. I started wondering if I should focus on myself and be more unavailable, but I think it's going to reinforce his anxious beliefs and maybe make him pull away. I know every case is nuance and indiv…

Would you say that even in an LTR, or when you're getting to know someone? Usually in an LTR, if you seem a bit distant or busy, your partner might feel like somethings changing/wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/26 07:06 AM
2

Can you give me an example of "giving yourself away too freely?" Let's say you're in a relationship and get close and attached quickly. Not dating around but just with one person. There's a reason I'm asking and its something I've been going through
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/26 05:38 AM

This is interesting and I see what you mean. I actually have a post thats awaiting mod approval about this. I'm very curious on if other people feel repulsed by the idea of 'getting p word' and all that.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 08:16 AM
4

I'm sorry but some of these comments and talking points are crazy. It shocks me how many people just want to be with someone because of the sexual aspect and the way they talk about it too.. my goodness..
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 06:49 AM
1

I get what you mean because I run a YouTube channel where I give my thoughts on things. When I make videos on relationships, and some advice (im in a LDR, we have our issues but we are trying) there's some of these guys who are so into the BP implying I have "options" and getting triggered about the topics because they think I'm out of touch.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 04:58 AM

For the last one, I have a question. What if they've tried making same friends and it doesn't even go anywhere or they feel like they can't open up or be super relatable? It depends the intentions because some people get along better with the other gender due to interest or the way of seeing things.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/26 06:26 AM

Yeah I completely disagree with the first one being a red flag too.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/26 06:24 AM

I'm sorry, but as someone with a small social media presence that thrives on keeping it real, having deep and philosophical discussions and is not inappropriate, I felt the need to comment on this. My long-distance boyfriend has been very paranoid and worried about things involving my YouTube channel, but I've tried to include him in it and I'm very transparent with it. I'm trying to make a difference and spread a message and I don't care who comes on and pays attention.. I just wanna be with hi…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/26 08:07 AM

As someone who strives on being real on her YouTube, This post caught my attention.. Thank you for saying this. I always have to remind my long distance boyfriend that I love him and that his opinion of Me matters most, no matter who comments on my channel. In fact I try to include him in it as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/26 08:03 AM
2

Totally agree with this.. there's a difference between random options and suitable/appropriate options. Im using this word for the sake of the argument as I usually don't like these terminologies
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/26 05:11 AM

I do agree that these terms are thrown on everyone very easily nowadays. I totally understand that this is a hard topic. I was just curious and interested because what I have noticed in these spaces is there's not much discussion on these cases.. when people say the things I said in my post about those traits or feelings, people think they are lying or are blue pilled and even act like it's not natural. Lol, I like what you said at the end. Made me laugh, and yeah maybe I am lol.. aren't we all?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/26 04:05 AM

Can you elaborate on this? My long distance boyfriend always tells me "you could get anyone you want, anyone would be happy with you" and that I deserve better, and makes it seem like there's soooo many suitable people out there, while I don't see it like that AT ALL, so your comment intrigued me.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/26 03:59 AM

Oh, I see. I'm just researching a little bit about it now because I was trying to see the correlation or the link to it and I think I kind of understand now.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/26 02:18 AM

Agreed! This is so sensitive to me because I came across graphic things as a child and to this day I struggle with intimacy issues
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/26 02:06 AM
1

If I may ask, do you know why specifically you're uncomfortable? If you're not comfortable sharing that's okay I get what you mean because intimacy can be important in a relationship and if you struggle with it (i do) it can be highly distressing.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/26 01:59 AM
1

I resonate with the first point and not the second lol Reason being is that I'm still a student and trying to heal from a lot of crap I've been through growing up.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/26 01:05 AM
1

If I may ask, would you say you're an outlier in this case of what I mentioned? If that's the case I truly don't believe there's anything wrong with you. I've always felt more comfortable around outliers because I couldn't see myself with a guy who exhibits the opposite of what I said in the post, it's too risky, uncomfortable and just goes against what I stand for.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/26 12:53 AM

I'm really sorry for what's happened to you. I also grew up in an emotionally abusive household but I still feel A LOT, I consider myself a HSP on top of being INFJ. Sometimes I wish I could turn it off, it really sucks.. I wish I could be more numb to things like when I was antidepressants. I also have this internalized issue where sometimes I see being emotional as somewhat bad, but I think it comes from being let down by guys a lot and also feeling targeted for so long because I was a woman..…

Oh also, this can apply to women too in the topics of them getting aroused by tall rich bad boys or whatever it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/26 10:49 PM

I see what you and many others are saying here. But let's say, someone stayed with someone despite them not being tall, rich, high status, still studying, introverted, possible some immigration issue which makes the woman have to visit him in his country, and it was truly due to their morals, shared views, beliefs, synchronicities.. are those the outliers who are not believed much?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/26 10:36 PM

This might sound bold but if a man or woman has been sexually traumatized as a child or teen, whether it's from things online or in person. Could that impact things a lot then? I've noticed some people who've been sexually assaulted don't operate in the same ways and don't just get aroused at anyone, and are usually put off by sexual jokes, talks (unless it's their partner) and "corn"

You're not wrong. When visiting my bf and we stay about a month together in an Airbnb I already see the habits difference.. we try to negotiate and help each other

Interesting you mentioned food allergies, and I will assume maybe the partner without the allergy will not want to accommodate the other or would you like to elaborate? I have food allergies, and my LDR bf doesn't mind.

I understand and thank you for being civil and respectful with it. I do believe due to what people say time and time again that I'm sort of part of a minority / outlier group. It's kind of sad to hear this because I thought more people felt the way I did but maybe something will change? I think it's also more of a western issue.

Full transparency, even if some things sound a bit strange.. So I was in a group chat with him and his friend. His friend "Bob" liked me but I didn't like Bob back. To be honest, it's a really long story, but long story short I did not have the best male role models growing up, I was exposed to a lot of stuff online that I shouldn't have, I was nearly groomed online by older men, and guys in person did not respect my boundaries. Yes, for sure values and beliefs determine a lot, and they don't seem to see that. I also noticed some of them tend to fight with each other and go back-and-forth with their beliefs even on channels made for them, especially if they're having a bad day or they come across certain more extreme content. Hi, thanks for your comment. I'd like to reply and add more context to what you said if you don't mind. So yes I am young and don't have much 'dating experience' because I was never the type of person to enjoy getting to know many people at once or going on dates. It's not a moral failing, it's just not my thing for different reasons. I feel things such as emotions, love, and care very deeply so I can't be giving it away to everyone and the 'dating' process seems a bit.. 'forced' or too planned/…

Yeah sure I'll elaborate. Firstly, due to the RP narrative and what/who he was surrounded by, he was afraid I wasn't going to be loyal and used a lot of "but women say/do this.." despite me not acting in this manner. The survivorship bias: we've been told we have survivorship bias because we think just because our relationships working that a lot of peoples can - even though we're told our circumstances were uncommon. I am a youtuber and I make videos just like this where the main focus is being REAL, and yes I do get pushback at times from men, but a lot of them do agree. I totally agree with this, I've mentioned the time and time again on my YouTube channel that I have niche perspectives, and I'm not trying to appease everyone. I'm not going to be the typical creator that tends to say extreme things on either sides for clicks. I definitely think my videos are meant for a certain group and I wish more of that group would find me heh

I also want to note that I understand the Internet is this way, but I'm just curious on peoples perspectives from this specific community if there's another way to approach this or if anybody has made similar posts or videos

Thanks for saying this. Adverse sexual experiences like trauma can seriously impact how someone views intimacy Source: I've been through it & it's psychologically backed up

I hear what you're saying and I appreciate your concern, but his face is hidden and it's just his voice. He's OK with it and doesn't take the comments seriously (I showed him this comment) :)

I totally agree with you, and I don't like to be around those "all men are bad etc" groups, it's a toxic space too. I like to see the nuance in the gender division and I see past the gender, more the soul.

Honestly, I tend to be more nuanced about these things, I don't like either side that demonizes either all men or all women. There's more nuance to all of this and I try to speak about it on my YouTube channel and I noticed it's more men getting mad at me just for having nuances because they tend to assume I'm a certain way. Not all of them, I have some kind supporters that are guys that get exactly what I'm trying to do on my channel, but I've noticed this.

Personally, I never understood this because if my significant other cries in front of me, something kicks in for me to comfort him. We are mostly long distance so it makes it even harder to comfort and help. It doesn't make me see him as any less then. I don't know who these people are that are criticizing guys for crying, but it's not okay.

This probably explains why people get so angry at me even though I don't fit into the stereotype of a modern woman just because I have nuanced takes to things on my YouTube channel. I made a post on this subreddit about this a few minutes ago. It's just a mess.

I'm not able to dm you the name so I'll say it here, ItsSimplyAless is my channel. Happy holidays! Thanks for ur interest

That's the thing, I know it's not everyone. I dont want to perpetuate a cycle where I am against men and men are against women. Am I allowed to post a channel name here? If so, I just want to give you a disclaimer, my videos tend to get misunderstood and I'm labeled in a certain way but my goal is to foster discussion, I also make videos in support of men, "to the men who feel invisible" and other thoughts..

I'm sorry to hear that, truly. . I've heard about the body type therapies being brought up rather than talk therapy so I'll look into it. I've also tried meditation and binaural beats, they've helped. I actually did try to find a sub for CSA but was having difficulty, so I think CPTSD would be my best bet.

😅 Curiosity. I make YouTube videos and I get quite a bit of viewers who bring up RP and men's rights so I get curious. I also have trauma from guys but I'm trying to heal from it by seeing where they're coming from with some issues. I also feel bad for what's happening with mens issues, sincerely.

Thank you for reassuring me. Yeah it could definitely be a spiritual thing. See my boyfriend and I both believe in God, but I do believe that this stuff goes back a really long time ago. It's not right and it really makes me angry, but there's nothing I can do about the past. I really hope healing will come on its own with time and as I get older. I was seeing people recommending certain therapies (not talk); but more about being in tune with your body.

Yeah, you've described it well. If you don't mind me asking, have you had a significant other during that time and if so, did you feel these feelings? Although I love my significant other at some point in our relationship for a While I didn't feel heard and he'd shut down a lot. I don't think this really has anything to do with him. I think this is mainly what I've gone through, but could be wrong. It wasn't bad initially on my trip but then a scenario happened that mimicked my belief about inti…

I hear what ur saying. The thing is even if it's a scenario for me personally I can't pretend to be selfish, and when he does for fun afterwards and the next day I actually feel used, even if it's a scenario. It's this deep engrained thing. I want to see him happy and feeling good, what did you mean by "how do you take care of your body". I agree sports and the gym helps, including dancing.

I've heard of these types of therapies and I'll do more research on it. I used to think PTSD was something for veterans or other people in wars, not childhood abuse or SA, but I was wrong. I do think something deep and serious may have happened so cptsd is a possibility.

I'm a woman and I see exactly what you're talking about. I have trouble making friends that are girls.

I'm a woman and I try to become informed and also share ideas and thoughts in the space through my YouTube channel, doesn't always go well but I try
/r/MensRights24/12/25 09:43 AM

Personally I think it's wrong for both genders to act rude, entitled, selfish, etc. Honestly, if women do it, probably bothers me more because of everything going on. I have had traumatizing experiences with men and had trouble making friends that are girls if this is relevant.

I'm assuming especially if it was a committed relationship… I see… I guess it's more about being promiscuous. thanks for replying

there will be some guys that are bothered by a girl having been with one guy previously when she was a teen and she regrets it because of her circumstances or whatever. is that acceptable? or what? i understand people wanting to be with those with that haven't been intimate with many people i understand. But is one person really going to change the way you see someone, especially if they were young? genuine question
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/22 03:14 AM

I'm different from most guys by being low N myself and disliking casual sexual encounters. yep im the same exact way
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/22 03:38 AM

Ahh so a girl having 1 previous bf that she regrets sleeping with wouldnt be an issue for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/22 03:33 AM

As a girl I really don't care about these things so I personally would not leave someone just because someone else had it 'bigger' And you might not believe me because the main stream media will show you otherwise

hat it's a powerful bonding experience that's more than just a way to reach orgasm I see it the same way. I personally don't believe in sleeping around but that's just my personal opinion. But there are some guys that would still consider one ex-bf they regret, a problem
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/22 03:24 AM

I'm the same way. I don't engage in that stuff at all. what if it was like 1 previous LTR?

What about one previous one in a long-term relationship that she kind of regrets when she was younger for example?

What if let's say it happened in her teen years because she felt pressured (with a long term boyfriend) and does not sleep around? curious if it changes anything
