Hahaha that's awesome. Yeah I lock eyes with my coworker and make sure she looks away first hahaha .. weird habit I picked up from dog training school. If your dog lock eyes with you, you are suppose to wait for your dog to look away first to show dominance haha. Yeah that's sound advice. When I first met her, I didn't put her on a pedestal and me and her were teasing each other all the time. Listening is more important than talking IMOP. Ask a girl about her interests and talk about them. Watch their eyes light up as they excitedly talk about their favorite place where they had vacations, their favorite hobbies, or their favorite movie/tv shows. I use to talk a lot and still do sometimes but I force myself to ONLY talk about 50% percent of the time AT MOST.
