I saw it in one of our local papers in Kenya around June 2019 https://www.the-star.co.ke/news/2019-06-08-inability-to-find-a-sexual-partner-is-a-disability-who/ It was disapproved apparently https://africacheck.org/fact-checks/fbchecks/no-who-wont-classify-people-unable-find-sex-partner-disabled

Exactly, men figure it out early and those who keep at it end up getting trapped by a girl they barely know in pregnancy. Get a hooker or Jack it off and go back to doing what you really want to do when the soul ties start haunting you in wee hours of the night. You'll laugh in your early 30s when the same women start reaching out you talking about "I have changed and I'm serious with life now" and all kinds of buzzwords. I'm like 2 years to 30 and 3 exes already tried to reach out in the past y…

The western/modern culture is a cancer to traditional cultures that choose to remain traditional, there are numerous songs from africa sang by men about women/wives who go abroad, get exposed to the empowerment virus then come back rebellious and despising their men. This will be the story this man will be remembered for, it could have been a better story than this.

Yes we can, but rather than reasoning most women by default will use rationalization which makes such cases hard to come by, unless you're dealing with an escort

Don't know much about frat houses but I'd imagine they are smaller in size these would be 1-2 bedroom full size apartments, and anyone could come in just follow rules and regulations of the building....its a sort of median for both the guy who's indifferent about marriage and cohabitation and the guy who's a monk working towards financial independence and home ownership

I've thought about the feministry raising hell with such an apartment. A rule book might have to be written

I think the backlash and maybe a chance that the government might make it really hard for you to run that business is why, I've thought about it myself

Yes there are, here in the capital city such apartments are filled up quick because of how cheap they are, I'm talking as low as 50$ a month rent. They are also the cheapest to build.

Very true, Psychology is big part of it..Once you take that into your Weapons of Discernment then you can't or won't be agitated with shady and sheisty things people do around you.....like DMX said "trust a snake to bite you" ...like know them when you see them

Unless you're under-weight you can have two meals a day and be okay. In the evening mostly I have a beverage and call it a night, unless I skipped lunch.
