I see your point but, my point is pretending to be on the pill should be a crime. If not you're basically saying it's ok for women to do this to men. Pretending to be on the pill to get pregnant is disgusting and should be criminilized because even if a man does get a paper abortion he will still have a child out there. What you're also saying is that if contraception is not 100% effective then stealthing should not be a criminal offence either. Or that the woman should take every precaution not…

It is defined as: where a woman pretends to be on the pill. If a man removes a condom during sex then this negates a woman's consent. So, the same should be said of a woman who pretends to be on the pill because, a man would not have consented to sex I would like the gov…

No, a mugging is a mugging and rape is rape. I think you have misinterpreted what I wrote previously. A woman who forces a man into sex is rape. A woman who forces an object into a mans orifice is assault by penetration. This differs from rape because it doesn't require a penis to do the penetrating.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 04:01 PM
1

If my son was straddled by a woman and he said it's rape I would ring the police and say rape because a man or woman forces any other person into sexual intercourse is simply rape.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 03:58 PM
1

Then I would ring the police and tell them my son was mugged. Don't know how that proves your point.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 03:57 PM
1

You're going by US laws I assume? Because a woman shoving an object in a man is not rape in the UK, it is assault by penetration, whilst rape is just involves man penetrating a woman with his penis.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 03:49 PM
1

Intercouse works both ways my guy. So If a woman forces herself on top of lets say your son and he tells you he was raped, what do you do? Do you downplay it? Only men can rape son, sorry. Or, do you call the police and say my son was raped?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 03:41 PM
1

The laws in the US and UK are different so people tend to think differently of certain laws because of that.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 03:37 PM
1

What I am putting out there is the fact rape is rape. And that all forms of rape should be sexual intercourse without consent. Plus rape carries life time stigma like when an innocent man is falsely accused of rape, even he is found innocent he still carries stigma. Men report it has left their life in tatters even going as far as killing themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 03:36 PM

I understand lying about your looks but it's not really a lie when you can clearly see they are wearing makeup. I feel like you're just reaching and hating.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 03:28 PM
1

It's because people are not happy with their looks. I wasn't happy about being receded so, I got a hair transplant, my confidence is going up lol

Tell that to all the men who have suffered PTSD/depression. Tell that to all the men who suicided because of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 03:17 PM
1

I think that's just a little extreme lol makeup is used for confidence too.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 03:16 PM
1

It's sad that this is what feminism has come to. Man hating.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 03:15 PM
1

You mean make women not wear makeup for 4 months and see where it gets them?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 03:11 PM
1

I see your point but, tbh everyone will argue there's is nothing wrong with makeup. In certain workplaces like restaurants you aren't allowed to wear heavy makeup/jewelry.

Using a finger or object would be assault by penetration. But, when a woman straddles you then that should be enveloping so, rape should be extended to that. Penetration is a continuous act of entering and withdrawing and, for that to happen the penis needs to be moving. If it's not moving and the woman is on top of you then that should be rape by envelopment.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 03:05 PM
1

Sexual harrassment is a little different though, that's just catcalling, sexual inuendos.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/21 02:58 PM
1

So, you don't think women should be charged?

UK only I'm afraid.
/r/MensRights14/03/21 10:18 AM
3

Yes, correct. This victimises men which goes against the Equality Act 2010. Victimising is a form of descrimination. Not to mention if the woman is straddling the man the the UK government states it is the victim still doing the penetrating. That last part victimises us men. How can we penetrate if the penis isn't moving. It's the mouth, anus or, vagina enveloping the penis clearly. Penetrate by UK law is defined as: A continuous act of entering and withdrawing. (Not possible if the victim's pen…

Yea I know lol
/r/MensRights14/03/21 12:56 AM
7

Yes, but, the offence where forced to penetrate is charged under, women don't carry any stigma, not in the law or media. The man cannot penetrate if the penis isn't moving. Instead rape should be extended to either include FTP or envelopment of the penis either with the mouth, anus or vagina.

Because rape is widely reconised as sexual intercourse without consent. Rape carries stigma. If I accused you specifically 'causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent where penetration is involved' or I accused you of rape, which term/phrase will be most damaging? Plus, women do get lighter sentences for the same crime. And, penetration is stated as an act of- entering and withdrawing in UK law and, the law states in setting the bounderies that the victim (male) even unconscio…
/r/MensRights13/03/21 07:03 PM

Yes! I didn't mean that women murder men after raping them. But, when you say millitary, I assume you are from the US? So laws differ in the UK when it comes to rape. To sum it up. Men kill themselves sometimes after being raped by women. Rape has a knockon effect can result in death.
/r/MensRights13/03/21 06:13 PM

I meant they suicide because they won't be believed that a female raped a male. And, unless the make rape a gender neutral crime then there can be no proof because it will not be recorded on statistics. Surely you can see the problem.

The Sexual Offences Act 2003, section 4(4)c states: Causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent- with penetration. Which is where forced to penetrate is charged under. This is the female equivelent but, women don't carry the stigma because of this and they get a lighter sentence. UK law states penetration is an act of entering and withdrawing. So, even if the man is overpowered/unconscious/tied up then the law states the man is still penetrating even when the woman is straddlin…

In the UK penetration is defined as 'entering and withdrawing'. So if a man is forced to penetrate when he is unconscious or the woman is straddling him, the government states it is the victim that is still doing the penetration. This clearly victimises the male which goes against the Equality Act 2010 surely? If the woman is straddling the man then how is a penis penetrating if it is not moving? This would be enveloping the penis. The law in the UK needs to stop descriminating against men.

Yes, it has been answered by the government before but, they have decided against it. 10,000 votes only gets a response from the government. We need 100,000 votes for it to be discussed in parliament. Women never have to carry the stigma of rape. Just imagine a man getting falsly accused, instant stigma, possibly jail time. Men will never come forward it the law doesn't change to be equal.
