If you’re trying to punish your wife by withdrawing attention, you’re keeping score. If you’re trying modify your wife’s behavior, you’re keeping score. You have to throw away the scoreboard. We’re not here for manipulative behavior modification. We improve ourselves and hope our wives will follow. Anything beyond that is a ride on a covert contract down the fast track to resentment.

With a pen and paper, write down what you did wrong, then write down what you will do differently next time. Re-read every day until the difference is internalized. Then go re-read TWOTSM and Pook in that order. Those books embody the positive mindet you need to do better and be better with less chance of stirring up the anger and resentment like Rollo and BPP can.

The Art of Seduction bored me to death, too. Day Bang by Roosh and Models by Mark Manson had the most practical carryover to my every day life and interactions with women. I can highly recommend them.

WISNIFG, Book of Pook, and TWOTSM in that order. Buy paper copies on Amazon along with a highlighter. Highlight passages that hit hard. Then never stop rereading and highlighting. Sidebar is a forever commitment just like lifting.

That's one of the iron rules of Tomassi. Do not let her be in control of the birth control. Wrap it up or get it snipped.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
