O.K. so that's my gut feeling too. What do you think about my reaction to her tears? (like I said, I normally don't fold to tears if they are being stupid but I was being a dick in this case) Also, how do I get her to work out and diet properly without telling her to, especially after this episode?

But how do you deal with the LTR in the aftermath? Do you pretend it never happened or do you act a bit beta and give her a gift or something to comfort her? My gut tells me to forget it ever happened and not text her like usual, then wait until tomorrow when I will see her and give her hungry eyes like I normally do. But maybe being too alpha in this scenario isn't a good idea. What should I do?

I will say that revenge is petty, and that bringing pain upon people for the sake of it IS WRONG. Doing unto others what has been done to you is juvenile and backward. I'm in the exact same situation. Emotional attachments take time and conscious effort to build as well as to break. In my personal experience I can tell you that it doesn't happen over night but stick to core RP stuff like lifting and bettering yourself for a start. You are 100% right. I still have a lot to learn and should've applied dread the second I heard a whisper of this. Not to mention the fact that I should have kept her as a plate because she clearly isn't LTR material. I've never spun plates before, I've never applied dread game before. I'm still relatively new to TRP and this is the first girl I've been with since I swallowed the pill. Any advice on how to move forward from here? Should I try to demote her to plate? Her grandparents are really old and sick. They live in an old folks home so she can't really stay with them. I'm not concerned that she is going to see someone specific rather than she will just take the opportunity of being alone partying in Berlin to ride some dick with no witnesses/consequences.

I agree, AFPJ had a great comment. I've spent this entire night (after work&hitting the gym) just reading TRP meta and have come to a conclusion. Thanks to everyone that commented. I needed a good red pill slap to snap out of this. I was totally being beta and that's on me, I am going to work on it. I feel like the best advice here was simply FTOW, but I appreciate everyones input, you were all honest and I truly appreciate that.
