| 2 | Fatality!I dont think a judge would see that as self-defense (I'm not saying she didnt deserve it). For self-defense, there can't be a break in time, which there was; they hugged and then when he found out they weren't getting back together, he started swinging on her. Self-defense would be him shoving her away/hitting her to get her off of him while she is hitting him. There's a big difference between self-defense and retaliation.
