What's worst is the fact that she admitted she was drunk when they had sex and under Colorado law, if a person is intoxicated any sex they have is considered non-consensual. In other words, if her lawyer was an asshole, they could have introduced this and made it look as if the boy raped her.

To say that mainstream business resources haven't done any legitimate research on the gender pay gap is idiotic at best. If you go to your professor with a problem with your research, them telling you to totally disregard an area of research teaches the student nothing. Had it been a suggestion to look at alternative sources would have been fine. That line made me throw up in my mouth a little. And this type of research she is proposing would and should never pass peer review. Only a complete jackass would tell a student to bypass legitimate primary sources in favor of sources that have been poisoned by political biases.

Actually, they've implemented a rule similar to this at my job. There are no longer any private meetings with women. If they come into your office, the door must remain open and if they insist that you close it, the have an office assistant in the room to take notes.
