If the allegation is pending, that would indicate a case is being worked on. An allegation itself is purely an accusation without proof. He's a judge, that doesn't mean he has no emotions. When your family gets threatened, you are afraid like anyone else. When the reputation you've built up over decades is broken up in the span of a week, you're sad and angry.
