This. Don't even bother opening topics which look complicated. Focus on building framework first. You are as good as your weakest link. Figure out where you fail the most and fix it, then move on to second worst, etc.

Very nicely written guide, helped me to structure ideas I had for a while, easy to see that you know what you are talking about. Question: if a girl(coworker) started to get jealous(I normally see that coming before hooking up, this one was very sneaky about it) after couple encounters, what will you do to stop it while maintaining good rep among her and other coworkers? Great job on not giving up on your life, you are a bad ass! As asad16 said, don't go for a girl if you are not attracted, you just going to have bad experience. Hey, I was about to write story like that when I started here too ;) it is great that you have no AA, awkward becomes cool when you do it with confidence. You have a great core which most people lack when they start. My 2 cents: Only thing I didn't like is "I want it to be long term" part. When you think that- you are gonna get friendzoned. Good long term comes exclusively from great sex. If you try to do it any other way- you won't see a happy end. Keep it up!

Well, my opinion is that you have to stop analyzing your drunk behavior. Some people believe that alcohol gets your real consciousness out of you, but i think its wrong. I had some situations like that and best choice was always to let it go, but learn a lesson. All self-analysis usually stops on next f-close :)
