Thinking absolutely objectively: I am fine with people touching my shoulder. Many people are. I am not fine with people grabbing my dick. I would like to think that many people would also agree here. Special Victims Unit is terrible. There was an episode where a woman broke into the houses of three different men, then beat, restrained, raped, and branded each of them. She got off without a penalty because she was raped as a child. SVU is about nothing more than hating men. However, I enjoy the other versions of Law and Order. The purpose and effect of statutes of limitations is to protect defendants. One of the things I love about the American justice system is that it was set up to give the defendant every benefit possible to make sure nobody innocent gets incarcerated.
