Yeah! I got the mark manson's one, It's incredible, one of my favourite books, I will re-read it. I don't know this book, the rational Male, I will take it and read, It could be useful juggling with diferents books that talks about the same Thanks for your help TheGlassStone!

As a masculine energy booster I like ginger, I take 2 teaspoons (10g) of ground ginger with the juice of 1 lemon. 1 per day to get a testosterone increase in a long therm. It's a little bit tough to drink in the beginning but yo get to used to it fast
