Two, Things change. Jim Crow laws were passed by Democrats. The world changes. Also Tender Years Doctrine is DEAD. Congratulations on pointing out the patriarchy. Within the context of the patriarchy, the presumption is that only women do things like fill out school forms 'cause the men have better things to do. This is, of course, disgusting and wrong.
