| 13 | I told an HR administrator to stop saying that I (and male coworkers) belong to the Patriarchy. In fact I told her if she says it about me again I would sue.Yea I would also record, tape, any hard evidence you can gather as well as personal journal evidence. other employee records could help as well. i would deff make an attempt at letting HR know first, as if you don't make an effort to let them know they may let said person have this be their "warning" so you need to let HR know the issue, document everything as you go along though.
