A tidbit I always thought was interesting was that Ryan Gosling was chosen for the role in The Notebook because the director didn't want the actor to be too good looking. It is ironic that the role launched him to become a sex icon.

What sort of guys do you often see these women with? Really, a lot of times I see women I think are too good looking for me and the guys they're with just look like normal dudes, to me. I can see where it may seem that way. But, my experience with her is that she is pretty drama free. However, she has sort of put herself in a situation of "I want a guy who will treat me well, and take a relationship seriously" but she turns away every opportunity of that, because the guys are usually nice, and don't turn her on. She showed me the texts where he was just saying how he'd like to see her again, and enjoyed dancing et c. After some snubbing by her, he said that he gets it and understands, but was very polite. To me, I felt bad for the guy, he seems like someone I'd like. The point in the sto…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
