4	Any thoughts/Advice? Find a lawyer tomorrow! Sounds like you don't have many assets so is it worth it to you cut ties and move on quickly or do you want to fight for trivial things? It sucks and it will always suck but this is a gift at a young age and you can always make more money but can't replace your lost time/happiness if you keep going on like your relationship is going. 1	Custody Question And it sucks starting over for me because most of my money the previous years went to paying our bills, buying a house, and her college education. I'm giving up a large portion of equity in the house to keep my business that she never helped with financially or at the business itself! I've always had the kids during morning and afternoons because of my small business I can make my own hours and that's what they're used to.
